针对输电线路巡检中无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)采集的图像数据存在的安全与加密效率问题,提出一种安全哈希算法(security Hash algorithm-3,SHA-3)与脱氧核糖核酸(deoxyribo nucleic acid,DNA)编码混沌系统相结合的图像加密... 针对输电线路巡检中无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)采集的图像数据存在的安全与加密效率问题,提出一种安全哈希算法(security Hash algorithm-3,SHA-3)与脱氧核糖核酸(deoxyribo nucleic acid,DNA)编码混沌系统相结合的图像加密算法。首先,为加强密钥对图像明文的敏感性,利用SHA-3算法生成巡检图片的哈希值作为超混沌系统的初始值密钥;然后,根据对角线提取规则将图片进行像素块置乱,并使用超混沌系统生成的混沌序列映射DNA编码规则,对置乱完毕的巡检图片进行DNA编码、运算与解码,实现巡检图像的加密与解密;最后,为验证所提方法的有效性以及优越性,以某国网公司实际巡检图像数据为基础,设置密钥空间、密钥敏感性、直方图、信息熵、加密时效等实验对所提算法进行测试分析。结果表明:所提算法相较传统算法安全性更高的同时,具有较好的实时性,可胜任实际巡检中的图像加密任务,为输电线路巡检图像加密任务提供了新的思路和技术方法。 展开更多

The method uses immune genetic algorithm to learn the connection matrix of FCM. In the algorithm, the DNA coding method is used and an immune operator based on immune mechanism is constructed. The characteristics of the system and the experts' knowledge are abstracted as vaccine for restraining the degenerative phenomena during evolution so as to improve the algorithmic efficiency. Finally, an illustrative example is provided, and its results suggest that the method is capable of automatically generating FCM model. 展开更多

To evaluate how the efficacy of DNA inocutation affects the ability to raise protective immunity against Leptospira. [WT5”BX]Methods.[WT5”BZ] A pair of oligonucleotide primers were designed to amplify the endoflagellar gene of L. interrogans sensu stricto serovar lai. An approximately 840bp fragment was generated with PCR and inserted into VR1012, a plasmid DNA expression vector, after the fragment and VR1012 were digested respectively with EcoRV and Sal I. A recombinant plasmid designated as VR1012+flaB2 was obtained. The vector, VR1012 consits of a pUC18 backbone with the cytomegalovirus(CMV) IE1 enhancer, promoter, and intron A, transcription regulatory elements and the BGH polyadenylation sequences driving the expressing of leptospiral endoflagellar gene of L. interrogans sensu stricto serovar lai. Plasmid encoding leptospiral endoflagellin gene was injected into quadriceps of NZW rabbits. [WT5”BX]Results.[WT5”BZ]This resulted in the generation of specific leptospiral antibody with high ELISA titer (1:32768) in the rabbits. Immuno/protection was performed in guinea pigs without adjuvant. The group“VR1012+flaB2” showed higher survival rate(90%,9/10 animals),compared with the group “VR1012 lack flaB2” and the group “normal saline”. [WT5”BX]Conclusion.[WT5”BZ]The technique of DNA vaccine has potential advantages over certain other vaccine preparation technologies. The light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b-protein complex plays an important role in photosynthesis of plants. A full-length cDNA of light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b (cab) gene was cloned from the first strand of Moso (Phyllostachys edulis) cDNA through RT-PCR and RACE methods, named as cabPhEIO (cab gene 10 from Ph. edulis). The length of cab- PhEIO (GenBank accession number: EU118754) is 1 151 bp, which contains an open reading frame encoding 283 amino acids from 81st to 932nd position. The bioinformatics analysis indicated that the protein encoded by cab-PhElO had a chlorophll a/b binding domain (83rd -247th position), two protein kinase C-phosphorylation sites, three Nmyristoylation sites and a yia A/B double helix domain.The amino acid sequence of cab-PhElO showed high similarity with the cab genes of Oryza sativa, Zea mays, Hordeum vulgare, and Vitis vinifera, more than 80%, respectively, which indicated that cab-PhElO gene belongs to lhcb5 gene family. 展开更多
