深刺腰骶部夹脊穴结合TDP照射促进外伤性截瘫康复的临床体会

脊髓损伤亦即外伤性截瘫[1],是指由于外伤而致的脊髓横贯性病变。其症状因脊髓损伤的部位不同而不同。主要表现为：脊髓受损平面以下肢体的运动、感觉障碍,括约肌功能失常,大小便功能失常等。

腰骶部针刺治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的 :采用腰骶部穴位结合电直治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效观察 ;方法 :选择门诊病例共 6 8例 ,随机分成二组 ,治疗组全部用腰骶部穴 ,对照组用常规取穴法 ,二者均用TDP神灯 ;结果 :治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 97.14 %和 90 .91% ,痊愈率分别为 5 7.14 %和 4 2 .4 2 % ,组间进行X2 检验 ,结果 :前者P >0 .0 5 ;后者P <0 .0 5 ,二组治疗疗程之间对比 ,有效率比较P >0 .0 5 ,痊愈率P <0 .0 5 ;结论 :二组治疗方法对此病都有效 ,但治疗组的痊愈率明显高于对照组。而随着治疗时间的增加 ,其痊愈率也明显增高。

Clinical observation on electroacupuncture at four sacral points for overactive bladder syndrome

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture （EA） at four sacral points on overactive bladder syndrome. Methods： A total of 120 female patients with overactive bladder syndrome were allocated to a treatment group of 80 cases and a control group of 40 cases on a voluntary basis. The patients in the treatment group received EA at four sacral points, and the treatment was given three times a week for 6 consecutive weeks, while the patients in the control group received oral administration of M-receptor antagonist tolterodine tartrate, which was given 4 mg each time, once a day for 6 consecutive weeks. Then the symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： At the end of treatment, the symptom scores showed statistical significant differences in comparing with those before treatment in both groups （both P〈0.02）; the symptom score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： EA at four sacral points is an effective method for overactive bladder syndrome.
