公共安全环境中青少年的安全保障与防范

当前我国社会公共安全环境逐步恶化,使社会稳定和人民生命财产安全面临严重威胁,尤其对身心正处于成长期的青少年来说,不仅伤害其人身安全、心理健康,还影响其认知和价值观的形成,因此,政府必须尽快建立科学有效的防范体系,严厉打击暴力犯罪行为,积极引导、教育青少年提高自保意识,完善政府、社会、学校、家庭等防范措施,保障青少年健康成长发展。

A preliminary study of cryosphere service function and value evaluation

Cryosphere science research and development(R&D) has been strongly committed to public service, integrating natural sciences with socioeconomic impacts. Owing to the current shift from purely natural cryosphere scientific research to linking cryosphere science with socioeconomic and cultural science, cross-disciplinary research in this field is emerging, which advocates future cryosphere science research in this field. Utilizing the cryosphere service function(CSF), this study establishes CSF and its value evaluation system. Cryosphere service valuation can benefit the decisionmakers' and public's awareness of environmental protection. Implementing sustainable CSF utilization strategies and macroeconomic policymaking for global environmental protection will have profound and practical significance as well as avoid environmental degradation while pursuing short-term economic profits and achieving rapid economic development.

A typologies of traveler in Thailand： Using traveling patterns approach

This research investigates the characteristics of Thai to discern what their traveling behavior patterns. It indicated five different traveling patterns, which were named, ＂Physical action＂, ＂Conservation of nature＂, ＂Service expectation＂, ＂Intend to travel＂ and ＂Obedience of law and order＂. It revealed that their traveling patterns were physically passive, less environmentally aware and knowledgeable, service expected, multi-purpose and short trip, and moderate obedience of law and order. The relation of sociodemographic profile （gender, age, education and income） to their traveling patterns was analyzed using Chi-Square tests. Discriminant analysis was run as a way of examining the accuracy and usefulness of the ecotourist scorecard. Using the concept of a hard-to-soft ecotourist with discriminant analysis, 51.4% was soft ecotourist, 39.3% was medium ecotourist and 9.3% was hard ecotourist. Although not identified, it is likely that there are subgroups （0.3%） within the hard ecotourist with the higher scoring tourists being most active ecotourist. The findings showed that the majority of Thai people tend to be comfortable nature-based tourist with less environmentally aware and knowledgeable. In fact, it could be argued that tourists in natural environments, even if they try to minimize their impact, may cause more environmental damage than tourist on a city tour.

Investigation on Sharp Instrument Injury and Self-Protection of Internship Nursing Students

Objective： To understand the situation of nursing students was stabbed by sharp instrument,in order to provide a scientific basis to take protective measures.Method：By using a self-designed questionnaire.The 100 nursing students were randomly selected from a hospital for retrospective investigation.There are 98 valid data.Results： The data shows that sharp instrument injury is more common in nursing students. Nursing students＇ protection consciousness is low, and protective ability is poor.Conclusion： Nursing students awareness of self- protection to sharp instrument injury is not enough,in order to avoid the risk of infection of nursing students occupation.When they entered the clinics, practice of systematic pre occupation safety education is very necessary;and the school and the hospital should actively implement the management standardized operation regulations;and put up student occupation injury management regulations;to improve the safety performance of nursing equipment.

The local political consciousness in the period of the Republic of China refers to the viewpoints and claims of the provincial blocs and their representatives on the national political structure, political life, especially the constitution, the distribution of power and interests between the central and local government and other important political issues. It is the consequence of failure in solving conflicting wills and interests between the central and local government. As for the basic structure, it admits the state authority but bases on an anti-centrality consciousness that stresses the local freedom and autonomy with self-protection and expansion as its dynamic feature. Its essence reflects the pursuit of extension of interests and actualization of political values. Though its existence was independent only to a certain degree, it is not only the manifestation of the local psyche in political life, but also functions as preliminary acts for local political actions.

A Deep-Ecological Reading of William Wordsworth＇s Poetry

From the 1960s, the increasingly serious ecological crisis gave rise to ecocriticism. William Wordsworth （1770-1850）, a representative of romantic poets, composes substantial poems to eulogize nature and to encourage equality and harmony between nature and human beings. From the angle of deep ecology, a branch of ecological study, this paper aims to analyze the ecological consciousness conveyed in Wordsworth＇s poetry. It analyzes the adverse impacts of industrialization on nature and man in Wordsworth＇s poetry. It elaborates further on ecological thoughts in Wordsworth＇s poetry. And finally, it summarizes how Wordsworth criticizes industrialization in his poetry and how he expresses his ecological thoughts--ecological equilibrium, social equality and harmony, and nature preservation
