成果介绍由于近几年株冶集团技术改进的推进,人员结构的变化,老系统设备的老化,安全环保生产的要求高等等原因,负责株冶集团仪控自动化的电力自动化中心自动化室的压力和困难非常之大。目前,自动化室所辖仪控设备共4300多台套,其中温度... 成果介绍由于近几年株冶集团技术改进的推进,人员结构的变化,老系统设备的老化,安全环保生产的要求高等等原因,负责株冶集团仪控自动化的电力自动化中心自动化室的压力和困难非常之大。目前,自动化室所辖仪控设备共4300多台套,其中温度、压力、液位、流量、分析等自动控制回路500多套,DCS、PCS、FCS、PLC等计算机控制系统48套,点多面广;2016年在职维护人员比2009年减少60%,由87人减少到40人,平均年龄47.7岁,职工老龄化程度极高;2016年在线测控仪表比2009年增加近2000台套,计算机控制系统增加24套,与此同时,老系统的设备呈现出设备老化、故障频繁等态势,进一步加重现场维护任务。为了解除困境,提高整体仪表技术服务质量,自动化室不得不从内部的各种基础管理工作抓起,理顺工作职责,优化管理制度,形成标准化的工段管理体系。 展开更多

随着OPC通讯技术的广泛使用,针对乌山铜钼选矿厂配电室现在的状况,构建一套配电监控系统,利用OPC通讯技术将所有配电室的数据进行统一监控,该系统主要包括组态王监控软件、协议转换后台机、OPC接口机、MES系统,期望通过把电力测控技术... 随着OPC通讯技术的广泛使用,针对乌山铜钼选矿厂配电室现在的状况,构建一套配电监控系统,利用OPC通讯技术将所有配电室的数据进行统一监控,该系统主要包括组态王监控软件、协议转换后台机、OPC接口机、MES系统,期望通过把电力测控技术与先进的计算机软件技术结合起来,以降低开发的费用和变电站综合自动化系统的成本。本文主要介绍了乌山铜钼选矿厂配电监控系统的实现。现有状况表明乌山铜钼选矿厂配电室很多,每天需要员工到生产现场进行巡点检,工作强度大、不能及时地了解到现场配电室的工作状态。该系统将所有配电室的数据传送到组态王软件中,实现了统一的远程实时监控,能够及时地反映现场每个配电室中配电柜的工作状态,系统运行后,不仅减轻了工人劳动强度,并且对配电柜的故障状态进行判断,当出现故障时及时发出报警,提升了配电系统的自动化水平。 展开更多

The process of urban building reviewing is a collaborative work by a group of urban planning staffs and land managers who are working with different departments of a organization. There are three ingredients for improving the work efficiency, i.e., agile communication and interactive mechanisms, good information, effective processing and visualizing tools. In order to build a computer supported collaborative work (CSCW) system in Urban Planning and Land Administration Bureau in Changzhou Municapality, GIS was integrated with office automation (OA). The workflow and organizational structure had been re-engineered to meet the requirement of application of the new technology. Federated databases were constructed by assembling disparate sources of heterogeneous spatial and attribute data. Easy access to the data by contents was developed for promoting information sharing within the organization. Specific desktop spatial data handling tools were provided for delineating land lots or building layouts on large-scale digital maps. Office automation functions, including applications registering, reasonableness checking, opinions giving and exchanging, were developed and they permit printing and documents filing. The work efficiency in the organization has been improved by introducing the computer-based collaborative building reviewing system. 展开更多

This paper demonstrates how achieving optimal integration between design and energy resources management can be particularly attractive in terms of energy consumption saving (cooling and heating) and lowering greenhouse gas emissions. The building automation system is based on innovative middleware framework which simplifies the modeling of a software for intelligent management of buildings and allows a multistandard and multiprotocol integration of sensors and actuators. The project has the target of underlining the economical opportunities and perspectives concerning the smart system adoption. Estimating the effects of home automation is essential to help its implementation, especially now that energy cost represents a consistent part of the house/building consumptions and will increase in the next few years. The results of the framework application in a residential building proves the validity of the proposed solution. 展开更多

The aim of the study of phase shifter on MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) structures was to minimize the dimensions of the design achievement. Also, the main task was to achieve the reliability and durability of the device. The calculation was based on the optimization technique (step by step) and the modeling of individual parts of the device, namely MEMS-keys that perform the main function--switching. The urgency of this problem is the development and study of one device as a universal, that is, automatically switches from two signals simultaneously. Designs are original and devises are the intellectual property of the authors.
