对工匠精神视域下电气自动化专业技能课程实训教学改革进行研究,分析了工匠精神在电气自动化人才培养中的重要性,使学生在掌握专业知识的同时能够具备工匠精神,能够更好地投身到工作中,对工艺技术和设备进行优化创新。基础理论过多、教... 对工匠精神视域下电气自动化专业技能课程实训教学改革进行研究,分析了工匠精神在电气自动化人才培养中的重要性,使学生在掌握专业知识的同时能够具备工匠精神,能够更好地投身到工作中,对工艺技术和设备进行优化创新。基础理论过多、教学模式传统、实践环节缺失,这些都是电气自动化专业技能课程教学存在的问题。基础理论课程较多会影响学生对于基础知识的掌握能力,而且教学时间相对较短,使得实践教学严重滞后,教学效果无法得到保障。职业院校在开展电气自动化专业技能课程教学过程中,很多都是直接沿袭普通高校的教学模式,但这样的教学模式在职业院校中并不具备适用性。部分院校还存在实践环节缺失问题。单纯的理论知识讲解并不能很好地满足课程教学以及人才培养的现实需求。要改革传统教学理念,开发新的课程体系,建设企业实习平台,重新定位教学目标,在教学中大力弘扬工匠精神,以提升教学效果。 展开更多

Research of autonomous manufacturing systems is motivated both by the new technical possibilities of cyber-physical systems and by the practical needs of the industry.Autonomous operation in semi-structured industrial environments can now be supported by advanced sensor technologies,digital twins,artificial intelligence and novel communication techniques.These enable real-time monitoring of production processes,situation recognition and prediction,automated and adaptive(re)planning,teamwork and performance improvement by learning.This paper summarizes the main requirements towards autonomous industrial robotics and suggests a generic workflow for realizing such systems.Application case studies will be presented from recent practice at HUN-REN SZTAKI in a broad range of domains such as assembly,welding,grinding,picking and placing,and machining.The various solutions have in common that they use a generic digital twin concept as their core.After making general recommendations for realizing autonomous robotic solutions in the industry,open issues for future research will be discussed. 展开更多

This paper highlights the role of automation technologies for improving the safety, productivity, and environmental sustainability of underground coal mining processes. This is accomplished by reviewing the impact that the introduction of automation technology has made through the longwall shearer automation research program of Longwall Automation Steering Committee(LASC). This result has been achieved through close integration of sensing, processing, and control technologies into the longwall mining process. Key to the success of the automation solution has been the development of new sensing methods to accurately measure the location of longwall equipment and the spatial configuration of coal seam geology. The relevance of system interoperability and open communications standards for facilitating effective automation is also discussed. Importantly, the insights gained through the longwall automation development process are now leading to new technology transfer activity to benefit other underground mining processes. 展开更多

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) process, at present is still an experience process, wherein selected parameters are often far from the optimum, and at the same time selecting optimization parameters is costly and time consuming. In this paper, artificial neural network (ANN) and genetic algorithm (GA) are used together to establish the parameter optimization model. An ANN model which adapts Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm has been set up to represent the relationship between material removal rate (MRR) and input parameters, and GA is used to optimize parameters, so that optimization results are obtained. The model is shown to be effective, and MRR is improved using optimized machining parameters. 展开更多

We deal with a consensus control problem for a group of third order agents which are networked by digraphs.Assuming that the control input of each agent is constructed based on weighted difference between its states and those of its neighbor agents, we aim to propose an algorithm on computing the weighting coefficients in the control input. The problem is reduced to designing Hurwitz polynomials with real or complex coefficients. We show that by using Hurwitz polynomials with complex coefficients, a necessary and sufficient condition can be obtained for designing the consensus algorithm. Since the condition is both necessary and sufficient, we provide a kind of parametrization for all the weighting coefficients achieving consensus. Moreover, the condition is a natural extension to second order consensus, and is reasonable and practical due to its comparatively decreased computation burden. The result is also extended to the case where communication delay exists in the control input. 展开更多

Predicting Resting-state Functional Connectivity With Efficient Structural Connectivity 被引量:1

The complex relationship between structural connectivity(SC) and functional connectivity(FC) of human brain networks is still a critical problem in neuroscience. In order to investigate the role of SC in shaping resting-state FC, numerous models have been proposed. Here, we use a simple dynamic model based on the susceptible-infected-susceptible(SIS) model along the shortest paths to predict FC from SC. Unlike the previous dynamic model based on SIS theory, we focus on the shortest paths as the principal routes to transmit signals rather than the empirical structural brain network. We first simplify the structurally connected network into an efficient propagation network according to the shortest paths and then combine SIS infection theory with the efficient network to simulate the dynamic process of human brain activity. Finally, we perform an extensive comparison study between the dynamic models embedded in the efficient network, the dynamic model embedded in the structurally connected network and dynamic mean field(DMF) model predicting FC from SC. Extensive experiments on two different resolution datasets indicate that i) the dynamic model simulated on the shortest paths can predict FC among both structurally connected and unconnected node pairs; ii) though there are fewer links in the efficient propagation network, the predictive power of FC derived from the efficient propagation network is better than the dynamic model simulated on a structural brain network; iii) in comparison with the DMF model,the dynamic model embedded in the shortest paths is found to perform better to predict FC. 展开更多

Acoustic Valve Integration in Exhaust Line Systems

In recent years the demand for the acoustic performance of exhaust systems has increased and will further increase in the future. The main drivers are new pass-by-noise regulation and new powertrain technologies paired with exhaust muffler volume, weight and costs constraints. In the following paper several application examples for Adaptive ValveTM (self-actuated in-pipe valve), in-muffler valve and electric valve are shown and the related benefits on the system performance are assessed. It is shown that implementing a valve into an exhaust system has a significant influence on the NVH performance. The resulting backpressure penalties can be minimized using the right implementation strategy of the valves in the exhaust system. Hence the exhaust system has to be specifically designed for the integration of a valve. All three valve types have additional benefits to their standard application for overall noise reduction and muffler volume reduction, which are analyzed. The Adaptive ValveTM, for example, is often used on cars with long pipe routing and has the additional benefit of reducing pipe resonance in the system. Another example, the electric valve, can be coupled with vehicle communication networks and hence the flexibility in application is significantly increased. 展开更多
