现有转向架在检修过程中采用人工推动的方式,存在检修效率低、工人劳动强度大以及能源浪费严重等缺点。为了改善现有转向架的检修方式,提出并设计了一台转运速度快、工作效率高以及操作简单的转向架自动转运车。首先,在SolidWorks中建... 现有转向架在检修过程中采用人工推动的方式,存在检修效率低、工人劳动强度大以及能源浪费严重等缺点。为了改善现有转向架的检修方式,提出并设计了一台转运速度快、工作效率高以及操作简单的转向架自动转运车。首先,在SolidWorks中建立了转运车的三维模型并对其工作流程进行了分析;其次,根据转运车的工作特点及动作要求,考虑采用液压驱动并对液压驱动系统进行了设计;最后,根据转向架的转运要求,进行了液压系统的参数匹配计算,从而进一步提高转向架检修效率、转运安全性并降低工人劳动强度。 展开更多

随着风电叶片大型化的发展,叶片在风叶厂厂区内的转运难度越来越大。当前叶片转运仍采用传统的无动力小车,即叶根小车以叉车为牵引动力源进行驱动及转向,叶尖小车以人工手动掌舵为转向动力,以叶片摩擦拖动为牵引力。整个转运过程用工人... 随着风电叶片大型化的发展,叶片在风叶厂厂区内的转运难度越来越大。当前叶片转运仍采用传统的无动力小车,即叶根小车以叉车为牵引动力源进行驱动及转向,叶尖小车以人工手动掌舵为转向动力,以叶片摩擦拖动为牵引力。整个转运过程用工人数多、安全风险大、转运操作难度大、转运效率低。在此情况下,风电叶片自动转运车的开发成为各风电叶片生产企业的一致目标。本文主要讨论了一种新的风电叶片自动转运车设备,该设备主要包括叶根与叶尖转运小车车体、小车驱动系统、两车控制系统、两车联动纠偏系统、液压自动升降系统、安全避障系统等部分。自动转运车设备的应用可有效降低风电叶片的转运难度、降低叶片转运的安全风险、降低风电叶片制造成本、提升叶片制造行业的智能化水平。 展开更多

In 1866, after the Opium Wars, the Chinese official Zuo Zongtang established the Foochow Navy Yard, which aimed to facilitate the independent construction of modern warships. French advisers, engineers, teachers, and craftsmen were hired, and a series of French schools for naval construction, drawing, and apprenticeship were set up. Previous studies have nearly exhausted the historical material on the Foochow Navy Yard, but few of them give an exact evaluation on its shipbuilding and educational levels. This paper traces the French sources on the shipbuilding technology and educational system at the Foochow Navy Yard and conducts a comparative study. With the guidance and assistance of foreigners, the Foochow Navy Yard gained the ability to assemble ships and imitate engines, while it remained necessary to import design drawings and structural components. The most outstanding students that the navy yard nurtured may have reached the level of école Polytechnique graduates, but the quality of students was hard to maintain. The backwardness of its conceptualization and the lack of financial and political support also contributed to its decline. 展开更多

A novel hyper-redundant manipulator named RT1 is designed and studied. The unique feature of RT1 is all degrees of freedom (DOF) are actuated with only one motor via special designed hinge bar universal joints. The mechanisms of RT1 are introduced in detail. Some experiments are carried out in order to test the movability and adaptability of the manipulator. RT1 is actuated by pulse string and acts discretely. The discrete working space of RT1 is described and the parameter optimization for kinematical redundancy resolution is studied also. The optimization criterion is altering the design parameter as little as possible during manipulator's motion from the initial position to the expected position. An optimization example is given that is realized with Matlab optimize tool-box. 展开更多

If you are good in dynamics, you will be good on all other courses. Advanced dynamics is the foundation for graduate study. The author taught advanced dynamics for more than ten years, this is the author's observation. Why it is so? Because the course of advanced dynamics covers usually many mathematical fundamentals such as vectors, tensors, matrices and rotation operators; principles and applications in dynamics from particle dynamics to rigid body motion, from small oscillation to vibration of systems with multiple degrees of freedom, the author's course covers also special relativity theory. They are very innovative. And they set the foundation for the study of all the graduate courses. Science is always in progress, dynamics is in the same form. Just say a few examples to illustrate the frontier of dynamics: missile shooting missile is important in our defense, the author covered this as an example in particle dynamics. Space ship travels from Earth to Mars is another example. Several rotational motions with different axes can be combined to one through the use of rotation operator. This is important because it usually can save time. All these examples will be included in this paper in some details. 展开更多

Compared with Karl Polanyi’s first Great Transformation,the emergence of the even more influential financial capitalism can be called the second Great Transformation.The global expansion of financial capitalism has extended its power beyond the remit of nation-states as governments,firms,families and individuals are increasingly guided and reshaped by financial markets,producing a trend toward the financialization of social life.An important social consequence is the ever more marked separation of financial markets from society,a separation that has gradually eroded the power of the state,trade unions and civil society and aggravated the employment crises,the polarization of rich and poor and the structural inequality of developed capitalist countries.In the face of society’s erosion by financial capital,the West has taken measures of social self-protection,but these have so far had little effect.To establish a new financial and market governance structure at the global level that will effectively cope with the negative impact of financial capitalism is a long and arduous task. 展开更多
