中国垃圾处理行业已经形成了较为成熟的产业链:中游为固废收集转运,主要是从事垃圾清运和垃圾分类的环卫企业;下游为垃圾处理,处理方式上主要是无害化和资源化,目前政策上也加大推动源头减量。传统垃圾分拣厂多年采用垃圾流水线分拣,存... 中国垃圾处理行业已经形成了较为成熟的产业链:中游为固废收集转运,主要是从事垃圾清运和垃圾分类的环卫企业;下游为垃圾处理,处理方式上主要是无害化和资源化,目前政策上也加大推动源头减量。传统垃圾分拣厂多年采用垃圾流水线分拣,存在分拣效率低、分拣准确率低、识别不精准等问题。小睿1号智能垃圾分拣机器人,使用M-FNet技术将垃圾识别准确率从89.3%提升到了96.6%,把机械臂的单臂分拣效率由原来的35个/分钟提升至50/每分钟;数据库自学习技术,拥有3.5万种垃圾训练数据,可实现数据库自动更新学习;高精度灰度识别技术,可将系统识别误差减少10.8%,识别精度提高到11.5%。通过M-FNet识别技术、数据库自学习技术、高精度灰度图像识别技术三大核心技术,提升分拣效率、分拣准确率、识别率。 展开更多

Abstract--This paper conducts a survey on iterative learn- ing control (ILC) with incomplete information and associated control system design, which is a frontier of the ILC field. The incomplete information, including passive and active types, can cause data loss or fragment due to various factors. Passive incomplete information refers to incomplete data and information caused by practical system limitations during data collection, storage, transmission, and processing, such as data dropouts, delays, disordering, and limited transmission bandwidth. Active incomplete information refers to incomplete data and information caused by man-made reduction of data quantity and quality on the premise that the given objective is satisfied, such as sampling and quantization. This survey emphasizes two aspects: the first one is how to guarantee good learning performance and tracking performance with passive incomplete data, and the second is how to balance the control performance index and data demand by active means. The promising research directions along this topic are also addressed, where data robustness is highly emphasized. This survey is expected to improve understanding of the restrictive relationship and trade-off between incomplete data and tracking performance, quantitatively, and promote further developments of ILC theory. Combining supervised classifiers with unlabeled data

Ensemble learning is a wildly concerned issue.Traditional ensemble techniques are always adopted to seek better results with labeled data and base classifiers.They fail to address the ensemble task where only unlabeled data are available.A label propagation based ensemble(LPBE) approach is proposed to further combine base classification results with unlabeled data.First,a graph is constructed by taking unlabeled data as vertexes,and the weights in the graph are calculated by correntropy function.Average prediction results are gained from base classifiers,and then propagated under a regularization framework and adaptively enhanced over the graph.The proposed approach is further enriched when small labeled data are available.The proposed algorithms are evaluated on several UCI benchmark data sets.Results of simulations show that the proposed algorithms achieve satisfactory performance compared with existing ensemble methods. 展开更多

Using the Internet to learn a language creates wide opportunities to enhance learning (Association of teachers of English in Catalonia (APAC), 2010). The Internet activities promote learners' self-monitoring ability, encourage the use of multimedia and network technology, and develop students' cooperation and participation. During the latest years, there have been many changes in education as these new technologies, including VLEs (Virtual Learning Environments), which have become an important part in the teaching/learning process. According to Tech Terms Computer Dictionary (2012), VLE is a virtual classroom where teachers and students communicate. VLEs have evolved as at an early stage, they were only ways of transmitting information: Teachers uploaded the multimedia resources and students read this information. At a higher stage, VLEs have become interactive. This means that students become active. We have designed a virtual environment where students, weekly, must contribute their opinions and comments in response to a required activity uploaded by the teacher. In this paper, we describe this weekly task and analyze students' opinion about this planned activity. The students become an active subject in this field. In this paper, we show how VLEs are no longer a means of transmitting information but a means of interaction as well as a way of motivating our students to be involved in their learning process 展开更多
