网络公益平台捐款超越百分比设置对个人捐赠的影响

本研究探讨了在网络公益背景下超越百分比这一设置对个人捐赠的影响及其心理机制。4个实验结果表明:在网络公益平台“您当前的帮助金额超越了x%的用户”这一选项的设置会显著提高个体捐赠,而自我信号在该过程中起到了中介作用。具体而言... 本研究探讨了在网络公益背景下超越百分比这一设置对个人捐赠的影响及其心理机制。4个实验结果表明:在网络公益平台“您当前的帮助金额超越了x%的用户”这一选项的设置会显著提高个体捐赠,而自我信号在该过程中起到了中介作用。具体而言,当公益平台金额选项设置超越百分比(vs.无)时,人们会产生更加积极的自我信号,进而提高其捐赠。此外,个体的内在锚和项目的目标完成度在这一影响中发挥了调节作用。当个体存在内在锚,即个体参照自己之前的捐赠金额时,超越百分比对个体捐赠金额不会产生显著影响。当捐赠项目目标快要达成时,个体捐赠不会受超越百分比影响。本研究结论不仅丰富了捐赠决策影响因素和亲社会行为动因的研究,对于发展合理有效的网络公益平台劝募方式也具有重要的实践意义。 展开更多

Comparative Analysis of Five Different Homologous Feeder Cell Lines in the Ability to Support Rhesus Embryonic Stem Cells

In our previous study, five homologous feeder cell lines, Monkey ear skin fibroblasts (MESFs), clonally derived fibroblasts from the MESFs (CMESFs), monkey oviductal fibroblasts (MOFs), monkey follicular granulosa fibroblast-like (MFGs) cells, monkey follicular granulosa epithelium-like (MFGEs) cells, were developed for the maintenance of rhesus embryonic stem cells (rESCs). We found that MESFs, CMESFs, MOFs and MFGs, but not MFGEs, support the growth of rhesus embryonic stem cells. Moreover, we detected some genes that are upregulated in supportive feeder cell lines by semi-quantitative PCR. In the present study, we applied the GeneChip Rhesus Macaque Genome Array of Affymetrix Corporation to study the expression profiles of these five feeder cell lines, in purpose to find out which cytokines and signaling pathways were important in maintaining the rESCs, mRNAs of eight genes, including GREM2, bFGF, KITLG, DKK3, GREM1, AREG, SERPINF1 and LTBP1, were found to be upregulated in supportive feeder cell lines, but not in MFGE. The results indicate that many signaling pathways may play redundant roles in supporting the undifferentiated growth and maintenance of pluripotency in rESCs. 展开更多

In this paper,an embedded real-time control system for automatic rotor balancing was studied.Benefiting from the modular design,this system can be easily re-constituted or expanded under different working conditions.The special designed hardware resists harsh environment.As an embedded application,it was very important to save system consumptions on both hardware and software,so the algorithms for unbalance vibration identification and attenuation were deduced,meantime a unified fast algorithm structure was achieved through the geometric analysis.Based on this structure,the signal processing algorithm was tested by an open data source,while the control algorithm was simulated using a basic rotor model,and then connected to a hyper gravity machine running online auto-balancing.The result confirms that the unbalancing vibration is effectively restrained. 展开更多

A case study was constructed to discover how effective the target students could self-correct their writing mistakes against the teachers' feedback. Embryonic stem cells (ESCs) can undergo unlimited self-renewal and maintain pluripotency to differen- tiate into any cell type of the three germ layers. Extensive studies have shown ESC identity is regulated by transcription factors, epigenetic regulators and multiple signal transduction pathways. However, the kinase regulation of pluripotency is not well understood. Here we show that the serine/threonine kinase PlM2, which is highly expressed in ESCs but not in somatic cells, functions as a crucial stemness regulator in ESCs. Knockout of Pim2 inhibits the self-renewal and differentiation capability of ESCs. Mechanistic studies identified that PIM2 can directly phosphorylate 4E-BP1, leading to release of elF4E which facili- tates the translation of pluripotent genes in ESCs. Our study highlights a novel kinase cascade pathway for ESC identity maintenance. 展开更多
