补水宁神汤治疗神光自现症的临床观察

目的观察补水宁神汤对神光自现症的疗效。方法应用《审视瑶函》中治疗神光自现症的方剂—补水宁神汤,对神光自现症患者29例(30眼)进行治疗并观察疗效。结果对视网膜脱离前征候群11例(11眼)均无效;玻璃体后脱离所致的14例(15眼):好转4例(4眼),无效10例(11眼);玻璃体混浊并视网膜有变性区者4例(4眼):有效3例(3眼),无效1例(1眼)。结论补水宁神汤有减轻和改善玻璃体后脱离、玻璃体混浊和视网膜有变性区部分患者的神光自现症状。疗效可能与方剂中具有安神镇静和改善微循环作用的药物有关。

浅谈中医眼科病名的规范化

中医眼科自隋唐始有专著以后,各代均有发展,每部著作都给我们留下了许多宝贵的经验,但由于历史条件所限,病名记载混乱,据笔者统计有关眼病和症状的名称不下四、五百种,有一病数名,有数病一名,有的虽有病名而缺乏症状之详述,使人不知所指,如“目珠管”一症即是。有的只是某些眼病的一个症状,如“十字锁睛症”、“黄液上冲症”等,病名繁杂,莫衷一是,给诊断治疗和临床交流带来许多麻烦,亦给科研成果鉴定评价以及计算机的推广应用带来不便,因此很有必要对中医眼科疾病的命名做一番整理和修订工作以适应中医眼科发展之需要。 考古代医家对眼病的命名有一个约定俗成的原则,即外障眼病由于不需仪器即可查见,故多以其发病部位、病变形态、颜色、深浅、大小命名,或以其发病时间、原因、症状、体征来命名,如胞生痰核一病,既指出了疾病发生的部位,也包括了症状和成因;内障眼病由于当时窥不见眼底。

Analysis of the Evolutionary Significance of Heterosis——taking the contribution of fitness to the genetic diversity in random mating population as an example

Upon the analogy of definition of heterosis and inbreeding depresstion in terms of population genetics, the heterosis is thought to be evaluated overall with fitness. By establishing a mathematical model, the equilibrium status of three genotypes of random mating population （i. e. RR, Rr and rr） under different fitness, which exposes that heterosis is the precondition for multiallele to exist in the population. The heterosis protects the genetic diversity and makes the population owning a stronger self-control and evolution potential by improving the hetemzygote＇s fithess so as not to wash out different types of genes. It deepens Darwin＇s thoughts of individual section by making the individual fitness consonant with population fitness.

Improved approach to enhanced Internet connectivity for mobile ad hoc networks

An improved internetworking approach is proposed to enhance the Internet connectivity which is deteriorated due to unidirectional links and blind rebroadcasting of gateway discovery packets for mobile ad hoc networks. The hybrid gateway discovery scheme that combined the advantages of a proactive and reactive gateway discovery approach is used to achieve high connectivity while keeping overhead costs low. By exchanging ad hoc on-demand distance vector （AODV） hello packet which includes additional fields named symmetric neighbor list and asymmetric neighbor list, unidirectional links are removed from route computation and broadcast storm can also be relieved simultaneously. Performance results using ns-2 simulations, under varying numbers of unidirectional links and node speeds, show that this improved Internet connectivity approach can provide better performance than others.

Physically based modeling and animation of tornado

Realistic modeling and rendering of dynamic tornado scene is recognized as a challenging task for researchers of computer graphics. In this paper a new physically based method for simulating and animating tornado scene is presented. We first propose a Two-Fluid model based on the physical theory of tornado, then we simulate the flow of tornado and its interaction with surrounding objects such as debris, etc. Taking the scattering and absorption of light by the participating media into account, the illumination effects of the tornado scene can be generated realistically. With the support of graphics hardware, various kinds of dynamic tornado scenes can be rendered at interactive rates.

Cutaneous manifestations in celiac disease

Celiac disease （CD） is an autoimmune gluten-dependent enteropathy characterized by atrophy of intestinal villi that improves after gluten-free diet （GFD）. CD is often associated with extra-intestinal manifestations; among them, several skin diseases are described in CD patients. The present review reports all CD-associated skin manifestations described in the literature and tries to analyze the possible mechanisms involved in this association. The opportunity to evaluate the possible presence of CD in patients affected by skin disorders is discussed.

Stability study on naturally filling body in gob-side entry retaining

In the construction of the filling gob-side entry retaining in a lane, we utilize the self-slide natural phenomenon of a falling gangue in an inclined coal seam goaf. First, we put the falling gangue of goal above the laneway and made it the main filling material by adopting the measurement of flexible supporting system combined with those of rigid supporting system. Then we made the filling material gunited and solidified to maintain the filling goal of the gob-side entry retaining beside the lane. Considering the law of energy conservation and law of pressure distribution for retaining the active and Static soil of the wall, we analyzed the reliability of a gangue blocking facilities and the stability of the filling mate- rial in the lane. We analyze the figures to see the stability. The result shows that the gangue block sup- porting system is reliable, and has been successfully practically applied.

Electromagnetic Pollution and Human Health

The electromagnetic fields surrounding the electric and communication installations are blamed not only for cancerigenic effects, but also for negative influences on the natural electrophysiological phenomena and ＂accused＂ of causing some degenerative diseases of the nervous system, genetic modifications with hereditary effects, mental and behavioural disturbances. This research aimed to highlight that Directive 2008 / 46 / EC had a series of positive aspects as well as drawbacks. Directive 2008 / 46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2004 / 40 / EC on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents （electromagnetic fields） is criticized because these norms should regard not only the category of those working in different domains, but also the large category of consumers （of cell phones, microwave ovens, computers, etc.）.

Plan C: China’s Development under the Scarcity of Natural Capital

The critical issue of China’s modernization is whether it can free itself from the traditional modernization plan based on the relatively abundant natural capital, and innovatively create a developmental model of a large country under the scarcity of natural capital. This is why China is so keen on circular economy and economical use of resources. Focused on this issue, this paper summarizes the theoretical elements of the development under the scarcity of natural capital, points out that Plan C is the strategic choice for China’s future development, emphasizes that China needs to enhance the new industrialization, new urbanization and new modernization based on the restriction of natural capital, and discusses the technological and mechanistic support required to realize the development under the scarcity of natural capital.

A new method to estimate wave height of specified return period

In this paper, we propose a new method to estimate the wave height of a specifi c return period based on the Hurst rule and a self-affi ne fractal formula. A detailed description of our proposed model is presented in this paper. We use the proposed model to analyze wave height data recorded along the coast of Chaolian Island from 1963 to 1989. The results show that the performance of our proposed model in estimating design wave heights is superior to traditional models.

Necessary and Sufficient Conditions for Consensus in Third Order Multi-Agent Systems

We deal with a consensus control problem for a group of third order agents which are networked by digraphs.Assuming that the control input of each agent is constructed based on weighted difference between its states and those of its neighbor agents, we aim to propose an algorithm on computing the weighting coefficients in the control input. The problem is reduced to designing Hurwitz polynomials with real or complex coefficients. We show that by using Hurwitz polynomials with complex coefficients, a necessary and sufficient condition can be obtained for designing the consensus algorithm. Since the condition is both necessary and sufficient, we provide a kind of parametrization for all the weighting coefficients achieving consensus. Moreover, the condition is a natural extension to second order consensus, and is reasonable and practical due to its comparatively decreased computation burden. The result is also extended to the case where communication delay exists in the control input.

Study on Tourism Spatial Distribution in Bortala

Tourism spatial distribution has played an important role in local tourism development.The tourism function and development direction can be determined,as well as the complementary resources can be realized through investigating the status of tourism in the region,identifying the status of tourism development and division of the tourism spatial distribution.The Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Bortala has been selected as a study area.Status of tourism development,tourism spatial distribution and some problem in Bortala were summarized.Finally,countermeasures were put forward pertinently.

Predictive Tracking Control of Network-Based Agents With Communication Delays

This paper investigates the remote tracking control problem of Network-based Agents with communication delays existing in both forward and feedback communication channels.A networked predictive tracking controller is proposed to compensate the negative effects caused by bilateral time-delays in a wireless network. Furthermore, the problem of consecutive data loss in the feedback channel is solved using aforementioned controller, where lateral movement perturbations are introduced.Simulations and experiments are provided for several cases,which verify the realizability and effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Hazard-evaluation-oriented Moving Horizon Parallel Steering Control for Driver-Automation Collaboration During Automated Driving

Prompted by emerging developments in connected and automated vehicles, parallel steering control, one aspect of parallel driving, has become highly important for intelligent vehicles for easing the burden and ensuring the safety of human drivers. This paper presents a parallel steering control framework for an intelligent vehicle using moving horizon optimization.The framework considers lateral stability, collision avoidance and actuator saturation and describes them as constraints, which can blend the operation of a human driver and a parallel steering controller effectively. Moreover, the road hazard and the steering operation error are employed to evaluate the operational hazardous of an intelligent vehicle. Under the hazard evaluation,the intelligent vehicle will be mainly operated by the human driver when the vehicle operates in a safe and stable manner.The automated steering driving objective will play an active role and regulate the steering operations of the intelligent vehicle based on the hazard evaluation. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed hazard-evaluation-oriented moving horizon parallel steering control approach, various validations are conducted, and the results are compared with a parallel steering scheme that does not consider automated driving situations. The results illustrate that the proposed parallel steering controller achieves acceptable performance under both conventional conditions and hazardous conditions.

Network Fault Analysis from Passive Measurement

A new passive method for automatic dis-covery and bcation of network failure is proposed. This method employs a passive measurement to collect infonmtion and events from network traffic, and em-ploys a rrodel-based reasoning system to detect and locate network faults. Measurement points are de-ployed in a backbone network to capture the traffic and then evaluate the Quality of Service （QoS） metrics of end-to-end IP conversations. A muting rrodel is al-so established for the observed network to simulate the attributes and activities of reuters and links. This muting model also deduces the muting path for each IP conversation, and thus the QoS metrics of IP con-versations are mapped into the metrics of paths. With the inforrmtion of shared links of overlapping paths and network torrography technique, the QoS metrics of links can also be estimated, and the poorly rated links are picked out as failure points. This method is imple-mented in a tool named FaultMan, which is deployed in a campus network. Test results have shown its availa-bility in rriddle-scale networks.

Theoretical Explanation for Lower Order Harmonic Resonance Phenomenon of Three-Ring Gear Transmissions

Dynamic investigations revealed that lower order harmonic resonance phenomenon exists in the three ring gear transmission. That is, when the input speed is close to 1/3, 1/6, 1/9,…, 1/3 n of the primary natural frequency of the transmission, the loads on the bearings and gears are especially high. This paper explained this phenomenon from the viewpoint of parametric resonance in terms of perturbation technique. A conclusion was drawn that the basic reason for this phenomenon is the primary resonance caused by forcing excitation and parametric resonance caused by parametric change.
