随着社会的不断进步和高等教育事业的不断发展,社会要求人才既要有一定的专业理论知识,又要有较强的解决实际问题的动手能力,因而各高校越来越重视实验室的建设,教育部也对高等学校基础教学实验提出了评估要求,且一批实验室相继通过了... 随着社会的不断进步和高等教育事业的不断发展,社会要求人才既要有一定的专业理论知识,又要有较强的解决实际问题的动手能力,因而各高校越来越重视实验室的建设,教育部也对高等学校基础教学实验提出了评估要求,且一批实验室相继通过了各自省市和国家的评估,在评估过程中常遇到一个问题,即仪器设备"自制"与"自装"的问题。在设备检查评比评估、制订奖励制度、项目报批时,都会遇到这一问题。要搞好与此问题相关的一系列问题,就必须要搞清"自制仪器设备"与"自装仪器设备"两个概念,以及"自制"与"自装"仪器设备的管理方法。 展开更多

Cam mechanics is one of the most popular devices for generating irregular motions and is widely used in automatic equipment,such as textile machines,internal combustion engines,and other automatic devices.In order to obtain a positive motion from the follower using a rotating cam,its shape should be correctly designed and manufactured.The development of an adequate CAD/CAM system for a cam profile CNC grinding machine is necessary to manufacture high-precision cams.The purpose of this study is the development of a CAD/CAM system and profile measuring device for a CNC grinding machine to obtain an optimal grinding speed with a constant surface roughness.Three types of disk cams were manufactured using the proposed algorithm and procedures to verify effectiveness of the developed CAD/CAM system. 展开更多

As their potential applications in various electronic devices increase, the preparation of anisotropic conjugated polymer nanostructures are highly desirable. This paper presents a review of the literature and our recent results on the self-assembly of one-, two- and three-dimensional anisotropic nanostructures using conjugated polymers as building blocks, including the formation of one-dimensional (1D) nanofibers and nanotubes, two-dimensional (2D) nanoribbons and nanosheets, and three-dimensional (3D) superstructures. The mechanisms guiding the formation of various nanostructures are analyzed by a cooperative effect of - stacking interaction and other noncovalent interactions. 展开更多
