主要研究了强流相对论环形电子束在等位谐振腔内的非线性自调制振荡,用小信号理论分析了电子起振的条件,得出了电子起振的扰动频率。基于该理论分析,又提出了一种不外加磁场的新型高功率微波器件,该器件主要由一个圆柱谐振腔和一个同轴... 主要研究了强流相对论环形电子束在等位谐振腔内的非线性自调制振荡,用小信号理论分析了电子起振的条件,得出了电子起振的扰动频率。基于该理论分析,又提出了一种不外加磁场的新型高功率微波器件,该器件主要由一个圆柱谐振腔和一个同轴波导输出腔构成。用2.5维MAGIC粒子模拟软件对该非线性过程进行数值模拟,分析了输入电压、电流对输出微波功率的影响。模拟结果表明这种结构中确实存在非线性不稳定性,自调制的扰动频率则由电子束的初始能量、电荷密度和电子束的半径以及谐振腔的空间结构给定。利用谐振腔长为4.7 cm、二极管电压为2.8 MV、电流为20 kA的电子束,可以得到频率为4.29 GHz、功率为6 GW的微波输出,束-波转换效率约为11%。 展开更多

Effective guidance is one of the most important tasks to the performance of air-to-air missile. The fuzzy logic controller is able to perform effectively even in situations where the information about the plant is inaccurate and the operating conditions are uncertain. Based on the proportional navigation, the fuzzy logic and the genetic algorithm are combined to develop an evolutionary fuzzy navigation law with self-adapt region for the air-to-air missile guidance. The line of sight (LOS) rate and the closing speed between the missile and the target are inputs of the fuzzy controller. The output of the fuzzy controller is the commanded acceleration. Then a nonlinear function based on the conventional fuzzy logic control is imported to change the region. This nonlinear function can be changed with the input variables. So the dynamic change of the fuzzy variable region is achieved. The guidance law is optimized by the genetic algorithm. Simulation results of air-to-air missile attack using MATLAB show that the method needs less acceleration and shorter flying time, and its realization is simple.[KH*3/4D] 展开更多

We report a low power ASK IF receiver for short-range wireless systems,which includes an AGC loop that compensates the channel attenuation and an ASK detector. A novel current-limited transconductor and feed-forward differential peak detector have been designed to maintain a high compression ratio and fast response for the AGC with lower power consumption. A storage unit with a zero and a feed-forward structure have been introduced into the peak detector to control the damping characteristic of the AGC loop. A rectifier and low-pass filter included in the ASK detector have been integrated into a more compact structure to further lower the power consumption. A novel wavelet network based adaptive equalizer (WNBAE) is presented and the structure and stochastic gradient learning algorithm is given. The proposed WNBAE has better performance than that of the conventional linear transversal equalizer based on the LMS and the RLS algorithms, as well as that of the decision feedback equalizer based on the RLS algorithm, especially for MQAM digital communication reception systems over the nonlinear channels. In addition, it outperforms the BP neural network based adaptive equalizer slightly. However, it has a slow convergence rate and a high computational complexity. A physiological sequence called autophagy qualitatively determines cellular viability by removing protein aggregates and damaged cyto-plasmic constituents, and contributes significantly to the degree of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. This tightly orchestrated cata-bolic cellular‘housekeeping’ process provides cells with a new source of energy to adapt to stressful conditions. This process was first described as a pro-survival mechanism, but increasing evidence suggests that it can also lead to the demise of the cell. Autophagy has been implicated in the pathogenesis of multiple cardiac conditions including myocardial I/R injury. However, a debate persists as to whether autophagy acts as a protec-tive mechanism or contributes to the injurious effects of I/R injury in the heart. This controversy may stem from several factors including the va-riability in the experimental models and species, and the methodology used to assess autophagy. This review provides updated knowledge on the modulation and role of autophagy in isolated cardiac cells subjected to I/R, and the growing interest towards manipulating autophagy to increase the survival of cardiac myocytes under conditions of stress-most notably being I/R injury. Perturbation of this evolutionarily conserved intracellular cleansing autophagy mechanism, by targeted modulation through, among others, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitors, adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) modulators, calcium lowering agents, resveratrol, longevinex, sirtuin activators, the proapoptotic gene Bnip3, IP3 and lysosome inhibitors, may confer resistance to heart cells against I/R induced cell death. Thus, therapeutic ma-nipulation of autophagy in the challenged myocardium may benefit post-infarction cardiac healing and remodeling. 展开更多

In the intensity modulation and direct detection (IM/DD) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) optical wireless communication systems, a direct-current-biased adaptive modulation scheme is proposed to guarantee the nonnegative property of transmitted signals, and the MIMO channel is converted to a parallel channel by using a singular value decomposition. Besides, a QR decomposition and successive interference cancellation based adaptive modulation scheme is proposed, and the MIMO channel can be simplified to a parallel channel under the bit error ratio (BER) target constraint. The power is optimally allocated to each sub-channel to maximize the data rate. Simulation results show that the proposed adaptive modulation schemes can effectively improve the transmission rate of the systems under the BER target and constant optical power constraints. The proposed adaptive modulation schemes make use of the multiplexing gain of the MIMO techniques, and can further improve the spectrum efficiency of optical wireless systems. 展开更多

The effects of pulse peak power into the fiber, pulse width and filter parameters on the performance of the regenerator are investigated. The effects of normal dispersion and anomalous dispersion of the microstructured fiber on optical regeneration are compared. The nu- merical results show that optical regeneration can be achieved by using microstructured fibers with normal dispersion or anomalous dispersion, but the normal dispersion decreases the oscillatory structure in the broadened spectra and obtain a better regenerator transfer function. In order to achieve optical regeneration, the input peak power into the microstructured fiber and the filter parameters need to meet certain requirements. By optimizing those parameters, a better regeneration result can be obtained. 展开更多
