高性能异构计算在视频大数据处理中的研究应用意义重大,如何高效地发挥计算平台的性能问题亟待解决,本文以汽车智能化的驾驶员监控系统应用为背景,针对深度学习视频识别分析实时性要求高,异构计算平台错综复杂等问题,从基于OpenCL异构... 高性能异构计算在视频大数据处理中的研究应用意义重大,如何高效地发挥计算平台的性能问题亟待解决,本文以汽车智能化的驾驶员监控系统应用为背景,针对深度学习视频识别分析实时性要求高,异构计算平台错综复杂等问题,从基于OpenCL异构框架并行计算和模型自调优化两个方面深入研究,通过利用OpenCL在异构并行计算中的架构优势,进行编程性能模型的设计和自调算法优化,有效地避免了接触底层设备来设计和实现高并行计算的传统方法。对照实验结果表明,引入YOLOv3算法的OpenCL异构计算平台相对于GPU并行加速比能达到1.46,进一步通过TVM优化部署加速比突破到了1.6,研究结果表明,该方法解决了跨多种平台代码重构与性能自调优的难题,对汽车智能化驾驶员监控系统的高性能需求提供了理论研究。 展开更多

A physiological sequence called autophagy qualitatively determines cellular viability by removing protein aggregates and damaged cyto-plasmic constituents, and contributes significantly to the degree of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. This tightly orchestrated cata-bolic cellular‘housekeeping’ process provides cells with a new source of energy to adapt to stressful conditions. This process was first described as a pro-survival mechanism, but increasing evidence suggests that it can also lead to the demise of the cell. Autophagy has been implicated in the pathogenesis of multiple cardiac conditions including myocardial I/R injury. However, a debate persists as to whether autophagy acts as a protec-tive mechanism or contributes to the injurious effects of I/R injury in the heart. This controversy may stem from several factors including the va-riability in the experimental models and species, and the methodology used to assess autophagy. This review provides updated knowledge on the modulation and role of autophagy in isolated cardiac cells subjected to I/R, and the growing interest towards manipulating autophagy to increase the survival of cardiac myocytes under conditions of stress-most notably being I/R injury. Perturbation of this evolutionarily conserved intracellular cleansing autophagy mechanism, by targeted modulation through, among others, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitors, adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) modulators, calcium lowering agents, resveratrol, longevinex, sirtuin activators, the proapoptotic gene Bnip3, IP3 and lysosome inhibitors, may confer resistance to heart cells against I/R induced cell death. Thus, therapeutic ma-nipulation of autophagy in the challenged myocardium may benefit post-infarction cardiac healing and remodeling. 展开更多

Some properties of the self-similar outburst data were proved by network calculus, and its service curve scheduled by the switch was gained. And then the performance of the scheduling algorithm was obtained. The simulation results are close to those calculated by using network calculus model. Some results are of actual significance to the construction of switched industrial Ethernet. 展开更多

In order to overcome the low precision and weak applicability problems of the current municipal water network state simulation model, the water network structure is studied. Since the telemetry system has been applied increasingly in the water network, and in order to reflect the network operational condition more accurately, a new water network macroscopic model is developed by taking the auto-control adjusting valve opening state into consideration. Then for highly correlated or collinear independent variables in the model, the partial least squares (PLS) regression method provides a model solution which can distinguish between the system information and the noisy data. Finally, a hypothetical water network is introduced for validating the model. The simulation results show that the relative error is less than 5.2%, indicating that the model is efficient and feasible, and has better generalization performance. 展开更多

Language anxiety is the anxiety that arises when a person learns foreign language. Foreign Language Anxiety (anxiety to learn a foreign language) is of concern or negative emotional reactions that arise when studying or using foreign language. Self-regulated learning is an active and constructive process undertaken by learners in setting goals for their learning and trying to monitor, regulate, and control of cognition, motivation, and behavior, then everything is directed and driven by purpose and adapted to the context and environment. The research method used is an R and D (research and development) method with a sample of foreign speakers of Chinese. Variables that receive interference are the ability to speak in Indonesian, while the variables used to interfere with the self-regulated learning and language anxiety as a variable controller. Intrapersonal factors become barriers that cause stuttering speech limited due to the mastering subject content. On the basis of that, this speaking model applies the principle of self-regulated learning in the learning process, using a communicative and contextual approach. This model intended for foreign speakers who learn Indonesian language outside of Indonesia, so to bring the atmosphere mandated in sociolinguistic built through media and relevant teaching methods. 展开更多
