采用自行设计的悬臂梁装置对人工肌肉IPMC的电致动响应特性进行测试,研究在直流电压作用下悬臂梁位移与电压的关系及在方波电压作用下位移与电压频率的关系,建立IPMC材料的力学模型;提出IPMC材料悬臂梁电致动挠曲线方程的大变形解法,导... 采用自行设计的悬臂梁装置对人工肌肉IPMC的电致动响应特性进行测试,研究在直流电压作用下悬臂梁位移与电压的关系及在方波电压作用下位移与电压频率的关系,建立IPMC材料的力学模型;提出IPMC材料悬臂梁电致动挠曲线方程的大变形解法,导出作用于IPMC悬臂梁上的等效弯矩与电压、频率的函数。测试结果表明,在电压为5V时位移达到最大值11.1mm;当电压的频率大于30mHz时,随着频率的增加,悬臂梁的位移逐渐减小,且在30~100mHz时下降迅速。模型计算结果与测试结果最大相对误差在10%以内,证实了模型的准确性。 展开更多

In this paper the conception of smart materials and structures is firstly combined with research of air bag,and the main theory of self adapting cushioning of intelligent air bag is expatiated.The intelligent venting structure is the main part affecting the cushioning result.Electrostrictive material was found having big force,high response speed and wide linearity,and it is fit to utilize in intelligent venting structure. The characteristic of the dynamic response and cushioning actuating of an electrostrictive stack actuator is analyzed,and the result of the computer simulation of the fuzzy control to intelligent venting structure is given.It is concluded that intelligent venting structure has good actuating characteristic and can satisfy the need of intelligent air bag. 展开更多

The main design factors which effect on operating speed of solenoid actuator for valve operation are mass of plunger, electromagnetic motive force, inductance and return spring, and these factors are not independent but related with each other in view point of design and electromagnetic theory. It is impossible to increase the operating speed by only change the value of any one design factor. The change of any one value results in change of any value related it in various design factors. Permanent magnets are as assistant materials which make higher flux density in air gap. Electromagnetic motive force in controlled only by current. This paper presents a speed increasing design method of solenoid actuator using a solenoid, by some governing equations which are composed of electromagnetic theory and empirical knowledge, and proved the propriety by experiments. 展开更多
