政府信任构建与大众传媒对拆迁心理的引导机制研究——基于唐福珍自焚事件的实证分析

本文基于对唐福珍事件发生地的实证调查,以SPSS统计软件进行数据分析发现,由于大众传媒在拆迁报道中的不当表现,"拆迁心理"已泛化为转型时期普遍的群体心理:在认知层面塑造了公众对政府与媒体的认知偏差;在情绪层面导负面情绪的泛化;最终恶变为公众对地方政府的信任缺失。媒体可以通过改善当前的传播结构,塑造公众对政府的理性认知、疏导负面情绪、缓冲政府与公众间的矛盾,发挥缓释拆迁心理、重建政府信任的功能。

试论网络新闻环境中微博传播路径与问题

信息化时代的到来使得网络新闻呈现爆炸性增长的趋势，而网络新闻的传播途径也变得多元化，互动性强、理念新潮的微博自2010年来在中国得到了迅速的发展。微博作为新生的网络媒介，其较低的进入限制为全民提供了一个自由而开放的新闻信息交流平台，并极大地推动了市民社会舆论的发展和网络信息传播的发展。但在海量增长的微博用户背后，是微博的自由化过度和规范欠缺等问题，在社会亟需净化网络新闻传播环境的呼声越来越高的今天，这些问题值得我们去关注和研究。

Under the new situation, news and propaganda work must hold high the banner around the overall situation, serve the people, make reform and innovation, adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion, to improve the ability to guide public opinion, to create a good public opinion environment, to better play and publicize the party＇ s ideas, to promote social justice, to access to social conditions public opinion, to guide social hot spots, to divert the public mood, to improve the important role of public opinion. We should put the improvement of the ability to guide public opinion in a prominent position, conduct in-depth research, and come up with concrete measures to achieve new results. We must adhere to the Party＇ s principles; firmly grasp the correct guidance of public opinion. Guiding correctly public opinion will benefit the country, party and people; guiding media wrong will make damage to China, party and people. To firmly establish political awareness, the overall sense of responsibility, position sense, we should put adhering to the correct orientation in the first place on the news and propaganda work.
