以棉纤维为基质,制备了色光稳定可控的银纤维,测试了银纤维的抑菌率和断裂强度。结果表明,当处理温度为70~85℃,硝酸银溶液浓度为0.5~3.0 mmol/L,处理时间为3 h时,可制得色光稳定、色深可控的银纤维;银纤维试样对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃... 以棉纤维为基质,制备了色光稳定可控的银纤维,测试了银纤维的抑菌率和断裂强度。结果表明,当处理温度为70~85℃,硝酸银溶液浓度为0.5~3.0 mmol/L,处理时间为3 h时,可制得色光稳定、色深可控的银纤维;银纤维试样对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率均在98.00%以上;银纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、初始模量和断裂比功与棉纤维相比均有小幅下降,定伸长负荷有小幅增加,线密度保持不变。 展开更多

The first-order-like phase transition (FOLT) in the dispersive optical bistability is investigated when the fluctuation in the incident light field is considered as colored noise. A unified colored-noise approximation is applied to obtain the steady state distribution (SSD) when either the intensity or phase fluctuations of the incident field are included in the system. For intensity fluctuations only, the curve of SSD is changed from single extreme to two extremes, and then to three extremes. The colored nature of the noise can reduce the fluctuation in the system. However, for phase fluctuations only, the FOLT is mainly induced by the colored nature of the noise. The curve of SSD is changed from single extreme to three extremes directly. There is no FOLT existing for white noise. 展开更多

Voltage loading-induced change in the electroluminescence(EL)wavelength of mixed halide perovskite light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs),so-called color-shift,has become an inevitable phenomenon,which is seriously unfavorable to their applications in lighting and display.Here,we achieve color-stable blue PeLEDs via a hydrogen-bonded amine-group doping strategy.Selecting guanidine(GA)or formamidinium(FA)as amine-group(-NH_(2))doping source for CsPbBr_(x)Cl_(3-x)quantum dots(QDs),experimental and theoretical results reveal that the strong N-H…X(X=Br/Cl)bonding can be produced between-NH_(2)dopants and Pb-X lattices,thereby increasing the migration barrier of halide anions.Resultantly,color-stable sky-blue devices were realized with emission peaks fixed at 490.5(GA)and 492.5(FA)nm without any obvious shift as the voltage increases,in sharp contrast devices without N-H…X producing a 15 nm red-shift from 487 to 502 nm.Not only that,maximum external quantum efficiency is improved to 3.02%and 4.14%from the initial 1.3%.This finding offers a convenient boulevard to achieve color-stable PeLEDs with high efficiency. 展开更多

Repetitive TTAGGG sequences are also found at intr... Telomeres are composed of TTAGGG repeats and located at the ends of chromosomes. Telomeres protect chromosomes from instability in mammals, including mice and humans. Repetitive TTAGGG sequences are also found at intrachromosomal sites, where they are named as interstitial telomeric sequences (ITSs). Aberrant ITSs are implicated in chromosomal instability and found in cancer cells. Interestingly, in pigs, vertebrate telomere sequences TTAGGG (vlTSs) are also localized at the centro- meric region of chromosome 6, in addition to the end of all chromosomes. Surprisingly, we found that botanic telomere se- quences, TTTAGGG (bITSs), also localize with vITSs at the centromeric regions of pig chromosome 6 using telomere fluo- rescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and by comparisons between several species. Furthermore, the average lengths of vITSs are highly correlated with those of the terminal telomeres (TTS). Also, pig ITSs show a high incidence of telomere doublets, suggesting that pig ITSs might be unstable and dynamic. Together, our results show that pig cells maintain the conserved te- lomere sequences that are found at the ITSs from of plants and other vertebrates. Further understanding of the function and regulation of pig ITSs may provide new clues for evolution and chromosomal instability. 展开更多
