The excess isentropic compressibilities ( Ks^E ) were computed from speed of sound and density data, derived from molar excess volume data. The Ks^E values were analyzed by using graph theoretical approach. The Ks^E values evaluated by graph theory compared reasonably well with their corresponding experimental values. The Ks^E data were also expressed in terms of Redlich-Kister polynomial equation to derive the coefficients and the standard deviation.展开更多

Collidine-IR and NH3-TPD analyses revealed that the silylation treatment not only decreased the quantity of both strong and weak acid sites but also led to a slightly reduced intensity of weak acidity. Silylation of the catalyst promoted the selectivity of BTX by narrowing the channel and cutting the acidity. The effect of temperature of silylation and amount of Si loading were evaluated. The best condition has specified a temperature of 50 ℃ and a SiO_2 loading of 4.0%.展开更多

The modified silica were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT1R), thermal analysis (TGA) and elemental analysis. The FTIR spectra and TGA analysis verified that the calix[4]arene derivates are covalent attached to the silica. Scanning electron microscope SEM and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller BET analysis have been done to get information about the sample's surface shape and area. SEM and BET analysis reveal that the modified silica are in the range of microporous adsorbent.展开更多

In the presence of Cu I(5 mol%), tert-butyl nitrite and anilines, a wide variety of N-arylacrylamides underwent tandem Meerwein arylation/C–H cyclization to produce pharmaceutically important 3-benzyl-3-alkyloxindole in moderate to good yield.展开更多
