文摘芳氧基乙酸是重要的植物生长调节剂、除草剂和药物中间体。通常,芳氧基乙酸都采用成廉逊醚合成法合成。近年来,相转移催化剂的应用,使合成产率有一定提高。国外也有不需相转移催化剂而提高产率的报道。但是,这些方法的反应时间一般都需3~6h,产率提高有限,原料配比也不尽合理。加相转移催化剂,除增加成本外,后处理也麻烦。我们做了大量条件实验,发现温度对反应速度的影响最大。当反应温度达到100~110℃时,反应速度骤然加快,整个缩合过程可在3~5 min
