1病例患者女,38岁,农民.因全身皮肤起小疹、瘙痒,伴皮肤增厚、发硬4年于2002年3月24日就诊.4年前,患者无明显原因双大腿部皮肤起红小丘疹,伴瘙痒、关节疼痛,未进行正规治疗.约半年以后,双手臂、面、耳、胸、背等部皮肤相断出现类似小丘... 1病例患者女,38岁,农民.因全身皮肤起小疹、瘙痒,伴皮肤增厚、发硬4年于2002年3月24日就诊.4年前,患者无明显原因双大腿部皮肤起红小丘疹,伴瘙痒、关节疼痛,未进行正规治疗.约半年以后,双手臂、面、耳、胸、背等部皮肤相断出现类似小丘疹和发生潮红、肿胀、发硬,并逐渐加重,致双手不易握紧,睁眼、张口困难.有疲劳、肌无力.曾求治于多家医院,分别被诊为"脂溢性皮炎"、"皮肌炎"、"硬皮病"等.近1年来,除体重减少6kg、头发脱落较多外,余未发现有明显异常.既往素健,否认有家庭、遗传病史. 展开更多

选用HPMC K100M和卡波普971P为骨架材料,粉末直接压片法制备骨架片,考察释放度,反相高效液相色谱法检测盐酸苯丙醇胺(PPA·HCl)的浓度。释药曲线均符合Higuchi方程(R>0.98,P<0.01)。运用正交设计法,以美国市场的PPA&#... 选用HPMC K100M和卡波普971P为骨架材料,粉末直接压片法制备骨架片,考察释放度,反相高效液相色谱法检测盐酸苯丙醇胺(PPA·HCl)的浓度。释药曲线均符合Higuchi方程(R>0.98,P<0.01)。运用正交设计法,以美国市场的PPA·HCl缓释片Acutrim^R为对照,相似因子f2值为指标,筛选获得了最优处方。其工艺重现性合格。研制片在0.1mol·L^-1 HCl,H2O(pH6.5),磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)pH5.0,6.8和7.4的介质中,以及在0.1mol·L^-1HCl中释放2h,转移至PBS6.8中释放10h,相对于对照品的f2值为63-74,表明在各介质中两制剂的释药曲线相似。释药影响因素的考察结果表明:在本实验考察的范围内,骨架片在水中的释药速率与HPMC K100M和卡波普971P的用量呈负相关。HPMC K100M和卡波普971P的比例(保持聚合物总用量相同),硬脂酸镁量和骨架片硬度对释药速率无显著性影响。 展开更多

合成了一个以N-{[2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基]甲亚胺}苯丙氨酸阴离子和2,2′-联吡啶共配位的铜基配合物[Cu(C_(17)H_(15)NO_(4))(C_(10)H_(8)N_(2))]_(2)·CH_(3)OH(1),其结构经IR、元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射及Hirshfeld表面分析表征。用... 合成了一个以N-{[2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基]甲亚胺}苯丙氨酸阴离子和2,2′-联吡啶共配位的铜基配合物[Cu(C_(17)H_(15)NO_(4))(C_(10)H_(8)N_(2))]_(2)·CH_(3)OH(1),其结构经IR、元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射及Hirshfeld表面分析表征。用MTT法考察了配合物对耐顺铂的人肺癌细胞株(A549/DDP,DDP=顺铂)和人宫颈癌细胞株(C33A)的细胞毒性,用流式细胞术分析了配合物1诱导A549/DDP细胞凋亡和线粒体膜电位下降,初步考察了配合物1的抗肿瘤活性。结果表明:配合物1(CCDC:1913991)属于三斜晶系,Pī空间群,晶体学参数为:a=10.1770(5)A,b=10.2030(5)A,c=12.5857(6)A,α=104.576(4)°,β=101.518(4)°,γ=101.151(4)°,V=1197.71(11)3,Mr=1066.09,Z=1,R 1=0.0344,wR 2=0.0912,S=1.056;配合物1对肿瘤细胞有显著细胞毒性,对A549/DDP和C33A细胞作用24 h后,IC 50值分别为(9.75±0.39)μmol·L^(-1)和(28.13±1.27)μmol·L^(-1);其通过诱导A549/DDP细胞的线粒体膜电位下降而导致细胞凋亡,配合物1浓度为40.0μmol·L^(-1)时,与A549/DDP细胞孵育36 h,诱导A549/DDP细胞总凋亡率为41.0%,与A549/DDP细胞孵育30 h,使A549/DDP细胞的线粒体膜电位降低了47.4%。 展开更多

The electrochemical property of electrode materials greatly depends on their morphologies. This report introduces a novel and facile synthesis method for polyaniline (PANI) nanotubes from one-step synergistic polymerization of aniline and acrylic acid in an aqueous solution induced by the addition of ammonium persulfate (APS). The molar ratio of aniline to AA (X{ani/AA}) is found to have great in fluence on the morphology of the produced PANI. Hollow PANI nanotubes with an average inner diameter of 80 nm and outer diameter of 180 nm can be mainly produced when X{ani/AA} is not higher than 1. The electrochemical properties of the prepared PANI nanotubes have been investigated using a three-electrode system. The specific capacitance of PANI nanotubes can reach 436 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g in 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution. Furthermore, the specific capacitance of the PANI nanotube maintains 89.2% after 500 charging/discharging cycles at a current density of 0.5 A/g, indicating a good cycling stability. 展开更多

Using poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) aqueous solution, NaOH aqueous solution, aniline (An) and ammonium persulfate (APS), PAn-PAA hydrogels with a semi-interpenetrating structure connected by physical interlocks, chemical ion bonds and hydrogen bonds were prepared. The swelling properties of the hydrogels in solutions of different pH values (adjusted by adding NaOH or HCI) were studied. All the hydrogels prepared have similar swelling curves (the curves of equilibrium swelling ratio vs. pH value) and reach their maximum swelling at pH of 8 - 10. The maximum swelling ratio of the hydrogels is dependent on composition, including molecular weight of PAA, polymer content of the hydrogel, and molar ratios of AA to An, APS to An, and NaOH to AA, And the compositional dependence of the swelling capacity of PAn-PAA hydrogels was also studied. 展开更多

The eff... 2-Methyl-4-methoxyaniline (MMA) was synthesized by one-pot method through the hydrogenation and Bamberger rearrangement of o-nitrotoluene in methanol using acidic ionic liquid and 3% Pt/C as catalyst system. The effects of ionic liquid type, dosage of ionic liquid and 3% Pt/C, reaction temperature and reaction pressure on o-nitrotoluene conversion and MMA selectivity were investigated. The results indicated that the imidazolium-based acidic ionic liquid which contains SO3H-functionalized cation showed higher selectivity to MMA than other acidic ionic liquids used in this work. Using 1-(propyl-3-sulfonate)-3-methylimidazolium hydrosulfate ([HSO3-pmim][HSO4]) as the acid catalyst, the selectivity to MMA was as high as 67.6% at 97.8% of o-nitrotoluene conversion. As 3% Pt/C increased from 0.01 g to 0.025 g, the selectivity to MMA decreased from 73.4% to 62.5%, because of the hydrogenation of intermediate o-methyl-phenylhydroxylamine to o-toluidine becoming more dominant. An increase in hydrogen pressure also had obviously dramatic effect in lowering the MMA selectivity. After easy separation from the products, the catalyst system could be reused at least 3 times. 展开更多

A group of grafted PET fibers with different graft yield are formed by grafting acrylamide onto the PET main chains. The structure of grafted fibers are studied by scanning electronic microscope ( SEM ), infra-red spectrophotometer ( IR ), and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). At the same time, the moisture regain, dyeability, strength, and elongation at break of the samples are measured and their relations with structural changes are discussed. Compared with ungrafted fiber, shape of the fiber cross-section, IR characteristic absorption peaks, and melting behavior of the grafted fibers have been changed, causing the fiber dyeability and moisture regain to be increased, and mechanical properties to be changed. 展开更多
