碳纤维(CF)增强聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-1,4-环已烷二甲酯(CF/PETG)材料在护具、晶格结构、假体制造等行业得到广泛应用。熔融沉积成型(FDM)作为复杂零件成型的主要技术在增材制造生产中广泛使用,但工艺参数选择不当会导致制件成型精度较低... 碳纤维(CF)增强聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-1,4-环已烷二甲酯(CF/PETG)材料在护具、晶格结构、假体制造等行业得到广泛应用。熔融沉积成型(FDM)作为复杂零件成型的主要技术在增材制造生产中广泛使用,但工艺参数选择不当会导致制件成型精度较低。以商用CF/PETG线材为对象,采用FDM工艺制备了试验样件,研究了喷嘴温度、热床温度、层厚、填充率4个主要工艺参数对制件尺寸精度的影响。设计了L25(54)正交试验,进行了试验样件尺寸测量和误差计算,并采用极差分析确定了X,Y,Z每个方向上最佳工艺参数组合和四个因素的影响主次顺序。利用综合分析法对制件综合尺寸精度进行分析,得到了因素的影响顺序为:热床温度>层厚>填充率>喷嘴温度,确定了最优工艺参数组合为喷嘴温度245℃、热床温度65℃、层厚0.20 mm、填充率10%。采用优化的工艺参数进行CF/PETG塑件实物的3D打印制造,并通过逆向精度分析方法进行塑件实物精度评价,验证了优化的工艺参数能够为CF/PETG塑件的精度改善提供数据参考,进而指导实际应用。 展开更多

As the most widely used plasticizers in the world, phthalate esters (PAEs) are potential endocrine disruption compounds (EDCs). In the present study, the toxicity of dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) on embryogenesis and larvae development of the marine univalve Haliotis diversicolor supertexta was examined in laboratory. The results show that the malformation of embryos appeared during the experiment, such as embryos died or lysed, small transparent flocculent rings studded on the periphery of the embryo, and the larvae could failed to hatch. In embryo toxic test, embryos incubated at the highest concentration of DMR DEP and DBP solutions showed significantly high abnormal rate compared with the control, while DEHP solutions displayed no significant difference. In larval toxic test, in all concentrations of DMP, DEP and DBP solutions, larval settlement rates were low significantly than that of the control. Similarly, DEHP solutions show nearly no effect on the larval settlement. The order of toxicity on embryos and larvae is DBP〉DEP〉DMP〉DEHE Being a simple and easy stimulation to indoor spawn, sensitive to environmental factors, and short culture time, the embryos of H. diversicolor supertexta can be used to indicate toxicity of the PAEs. 展开更多

This reaction is an excellent green chemical process without poisonous substance. Various alkali metals were used as the catalysts. The results showed alkali metals had catalytic activity in a certain extent. The effect of reaction condition was also studied. When the reaction was carded out under the following conditions: the reaction temperature 250℃, molar ratio of EC to DMT 3 : 1, reaction time 3h, and catalyst amount 0.004 (molar ratio to DMT), the yield of DMC was 68.9%. 展开更多

Nonisothermal crystallization behavior of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) synthesized via direct esterification and polycondensation reactions was investigated by the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The Avrami equation modified by Jeziorny and the Z.S.Mo equation were employed to describe the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of copolyester samples.The test results showed that the Avrami equation was successful in describing nonisothermal crystallization process of PBAT copolyesters.PBAT copolyester could give birth to secondary crystallization.The crystallization parameter(Zc) increased with an increasing cooling rate and the Avrami exponent(n) was around 2.3.For a given cooling rate,the value of Zc demonstrated a sagging trend with an increase in adipic acid(AA) content.The equation proposed by Z.S.Mo was successful in describing the nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of PBAT copolyesters. 展开更多

Objective:In order that the adhesive character could be improved to modify the octyl-α-cyanoacrylate(OCA) medical adhesive.Methods:Suitable modifiers involving polycaprolactone(PCL),dibutyl phthalate (DBP),dioctyl phthalate(DOP) and poly octyl methacrylat(POMA) have been chosen to modify the OCA adhesive,then tensile shear strength and adhesive strength are tested to evaluate the bond character of adhesives.Results:The PCL group's tensile shear strength and adhesive strength in normal temperature are descended while the other groups'are all enhanced.Conclusion:The modification of properties of the other groups is effectively promoted in the aspect of the bond character,except the PCL group treated in normal temperature and the PCL modified group treated by rectification get a best improvement in the agglutinate intention, while the stability is expected to be improved. 展开更多

PBT/PETG/纳米氧化锌复合材料的制备与抗菌性能

为制备一种具有抗菌性能的复合材料,采用熔融密炼法制备了不同含量纳米氧化锌的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-1,4-环己烷二甲酯(PETG)/纳米氧化锌抗菌复合材料。考察了不同粒径纳米氧化锌的抗菌效果及含量对复合材料抗... 为制备一种具有抗菌性能的复合材料,采用熔融密炼法制备了不同含量纳米氧化锌的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-1,4-环己烷二甲酯(PETG)/纳米氧化锌抗菌复合材料。考察了不同粒径纳米氧化锌的抗菌效果及含量对复合材料抗菌性能的影响,并通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、涂布平板法及动态水接触角等方法对纳米氧化锌及复合材料进行表征分析。结果表明,所制备的纳米氧化锌均为六方纤锌矿结构,且油酸钠与乙酸锌的物质的量比值越大,所制纳米氧化锌的粒径越小,分散性越好,抗菌效果越强。随着纳米氧化锌添加量的增多,抗菌复合材料表面对细菌的黏附性变小。当氧化锌的质量分数为0.2%时,抗菌复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌抗菌率分别为23.21%,62.41%,已经具备抑菌效果,同时材料表面水接触角由原来的84.7°变为95.1°。纳米氧化锌的质量分数为0.5%时,抗菌率分别为86.79%,89.47%,相较于0.2%时有较大提升。当纳米氧化锌的质量分数为1%时,复合材料对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为95.71%与98.50%,均符合抗菌材料的要求。 展开更多

A series of biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolyesters, poly(butylene terephthalate-co-butylene adipate-co- ethylene terephthalate-co-ethylene adipate) (PBATE), were synthesized from terephthalic acid (PTA), adipic acid (AA), 1,4-butanediol (BG) and ethylene glycol (EG) through direct esterification and polycondensation. The sequence structure and crystallinity of the copolyester were investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy and the wide-angle X-ray diffractometry (WAXD). The analytical results showed that the PBATE copolyester was a random copolymer and the composition of PBATE copolyester was almost consistent with the feed molar ratios. The crystal structure of PBATE copolyester belonged to the triclinic crystalline system; The variation in melting point of the synthesized PBATE copolyester agreed well with the estimation obtained by the Flory equation and was applicable to the random copolymer. 展开更多

Gamma-ray radiation has always been a convenient and effective way to modify the inter- facial properties in polymer blends. In this work, a small amount of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) was incorporated into poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/random terpolymer elastomer (ST2000) blends by melt-blending. The existence of TMPTA would induce the crosslinking of PET and ST2000 molecular chains at high temperatures of blend- ing, resulting in the improvement in the impact strength but the loss in the tensile strength. When the PET/ST2000 blends were irradiated by gamma-ray radiation, the integrated me- chanical properties could be enhanced significantly at a high absorbed dose. The irradiated sample at a dose of 100 kGy even couldn't be broken under the impact test load, and at the same time, has nearly no loss of tensile strength. Based on the analysis of the impact- fractured surface morphologies of the blends, it can be concluded that gamma-ray radiation at high absorbed dose can further in situ enhance the interfacial adhesion by promoting the crosslinking reactions of TMPTA and polymer chains. As a result, the toughness and strength of PET/ST2000 blend could be dramatically improved. This work provides a facial and practical way to the fabrication of polymer blends with high toughness and strength. 展开更多

Phthalate esters (PAEs) are extensively applied in industry, and they migrate to environment during the process of production, employ, and treatment and axe difficult to be degraded in nature. However, some microorganisms could use them as the carbon source to growth. In this study, an Acinetobacter sp. strain LMB-5, capable of utilizing PAEs, was isolated from a vegetable greenhouse soil. The degradation capability of strain LMB-5 was also investigated by incubation in mineral salt medium containing different PAEs, dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), and di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). The strain could grow well with DMP, DEP, DBP, and DEHP. When the concentration of DBP increased from 100 to 400 mg L-1, the half-life extended from 9.5 to 15.5 h. In the concentration range of DBP, the degradation ability of strain LMB-5 could be described by first-order kinetics. During the biodegradation of DBP, three intermediates, 1,2-benzenedicaxboxylic acid,butyl methyl ester, DMP, and phthalic acid (PA) were detected, and the proposed pathway of DBP was identified. By analysis of bioinformatics, one esterase was cloned from the genome of LMB-5 and expressed in Escherichia coll. It displayed an ability to break the ester bonds of DBP. The enzyme exhibited maximal activity at pH 7.0 and 40 ℃ with DBP as the substrate. It was activated by Cu2+ and Fe3+ and had a high activity in the presence of low concentrations of methanol or dimethylsulfoxide (each 10%, volume:volume). The Acinetobacter sp. strain LMB-5 may make a contribution to the remediation of soils polluted by PAEs in the future. 展开更多

Contamination of Phthalate Esters in Vegetable Agriculture and Human Cumulative Risk Assessment 被引量:13

Phthalate esters (PAEs), which can disturb human endocrine system, have been widely detected in vegetable greenhouse agriculture in China. To investigate the effects of environmental factors on PAEs in soils, pollution sources were identified, and the cumulative risks of PAEs to humans through vegetables in the diet were evaluated in this study. Ninety-eight vegetable samples were collected from 10 markets along with 128 vegetable and 111 soil samples from agricultural greenhouses and open field. All soil and vegetable samples were contaminated with PAEs, and the total concentrations of the 5 PAEs, including dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), di-iso-butyl phthalate (DiBP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DnBP), and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP), were in the ranges of 0.26-2.53 mg kg-1 for soils and 0.95-8.09 mg kg-1 for vegetables. Three components extracted from principle component analysis could explain 51.2%, 19.8%, and 15.3% of the total variance of the 5 PAEs in soils, which may represent three major sources of PAEs, i.e., wastewater irrigation, application of fertilizers and pesticides, and plastic film. Long-term greenhouse cultivation could accumulate DEHP in soils, and a higher soil FeOx content reduced the DnBP concentration. Based on a survey of vegetables in the diet, the hazard index of PAEs was 〈 0.15 for individuals in different cities. The exposure of PAEs through vegetable intake was higher than the total exposure from other food stuffS, inhalation, and dermal absorption. Carbon nanotube (CNT)-filled polycarbonate (PC)/poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) and polycarbonate (PC)/poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) blends containing 1 wt% CNTs over a wide range of blend compositions were prepared by melt mixing in a torque rheometer to investigate the structure-electrical conductivity relationship. Field emission scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the blend morphology and the distribution of CNTs. The latter was compared with the thermodynamic predictions through the calculation of wetting coefficients. It was found that CNTs are selectively localized in the polyester phase and conductive blends can be obtained over the whole composition range (20 wt%, 50 wt% and 80 wt% PBT) for CNT-filled PC/PBT blends, while conductive CNT-filled PC/PET blends can only be obtained when PET is the continuous phase (50 wt%, 80 wt% PET). The dramatic difference in the electrical conductivity between the two types of CNT-filled PC/polyester blends at a low polyester content (20 wt%) was explained by the size difference of the dispersed phases on the basis of the transmission electron microscope micrographs. 展开更多

The flammability of thermoplastic polyesters and the subsequent heavy smoke and severe melt drips formed after ignition are the main obstacles hindering their widespread application. In this study, a novel ionic monomer containing sulfonate and benzimidazole was synthesized and incorporated into the main chain of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET, used as a model thermoplastic polyester) by melt copolymerization. The synergetic effect of ionic aggregation and carbonization endowed the obtained copolyester with high melt viscosity and excellent char-forming ability at high temperatures. The copolyester having a monomer content of 8 mol.% easily achieved the Underwriters Laboratories Inc 94(UL-94) V-0 flammability rating without dripping and the limiting oxygen index value reached 33.0 vol.%.In addition, the total smoke production, peak heat release rate,and maximum CO production decreased by 45.2%, 60.5%, and75.0%, respectively, compared with those of PET. In addition,the copolyester was spinnable, and showed greater adsorption efficiency(99.6%) for a cationic dye from solution compared to PET(6.5%), demonstrating the excellent affinity of the copolyester for the cationic dye. The obtained inherently firesafe PET copolyester has great potential for applications in flame retardant textiles, artwork base materials, and decorative materials for transportation applications. 展开更多
