In the integration of reading and writing in senior high school English teaching, whether adopting a text-centered approach or a task-based approach, it is difficult to closely link learning and using. Therefore, this paper attempts to apply the POA theory to the integration of reading and writing in senior high school English teaching and specifically presents a teaching design case of English reading for writing instruction guided by the POA, including motivating, enabling, and assessing phases, aiming to better guide learners to promote learning through using and assist using with learning.展开更多
