张载答范育书三通与关学学风之特质

由今本《张载集》及集外文献所收张载答范育的三通书札,可以从三个方面透视关学学风之特质:（一）“道学”与“政术“不应歧为“二事”的政治主张;（二）“正心求益”的为学之方;（三）“深沉方有造”的道学志趣。

北宋时期范育与李复关系探究

关中学者自张载开始形成了一个独具特色的学术团体,团体内部成员之间除学术间的往来外,还有政治、姻亲等方面的复杂关系。范育与李复同属关中学者,由两人的姻亲关系阐明范育在李复求学和从政历程中的重要作用,以此说明北宋后期关学的传承并非张载一人,并揭示北宋后期关中地区文人群体内部的复杂关系以及这一时期关学思想的传播脉络。

教学组长竞聘上岗在临床护理教育管理中的应用

[目的]为提高临床护理教学质量,我院护理部在全院实行教学组长竞聘上岗。[方法]制定出具体的竞聘条件和程序,对实行教学组长竞聘上岗前后两届护生和全院护士的综合素质进行考评。[结果]教学组长竞聘上岗后全院护士和护生综合素质明显提高。[结论]教学组长竞聘上岗提高了全院的护理质量,使全院护理教育管理体系更加规范化。

Effects of Seedling Cutivation with Mat-fiber Mulch on Quality and Quantity of Early-season Rice

[Objective] The aim was to explore effects of tray mat of fiber mulch on quality and yield of early rice-season rice transplanted by machine. [Method] Seedling quality, the rate of leaked rice, density of mechanical transplanting rice, mature rate and yield covered with fiber mulch were compared with groups not covered with mulch. Furthermore, different indices of cultivated rice with and without fiber mulch were analyzed and compared. [Result] The rice yield in the group with fiber mulch improved by 11.9% and rice quality enhanced as wel . What＇s more, rice plants were much easier to be col ected, and the rate of leaked rice lowered by machine. [Conclusion] The research provides theoretical references for seedling transplanting and cultivation of early-season rice by machine with tray mats.

A Research Review of China＇s Teacher Education Integration

At the beginning of the 21th century, the integration of teacher education has become a hot issue in the studies of China＇ s teacher education. In this paper, a discussion is conducted from the change from normal education to teacher education, the intension of teacher education integration, and the exploration on China＇ s teacher education integration, and then the existing problems are analyzed, and finally the future research direction is raised.

Globalization and Education for All： The Challenge of the Twenty-First Century

Recently more and more people talk about ＂globalization＂ with loads of semasiological variety： mainly economic but also cultural. Many perceive it as a significant progress, others as an undisputed threat. However, despite the euphoria that faces this phenomenon, globalization is an evolving process. The fact remains that this is a progressive development of economic, scientific, political, and cultural aspects of all peoples of planet Earth turning it into a big city with many differences, in particular in education and educational activities. This paper will try to illuminate fundamental issues as： （1} understanding the notion of globalization in relation to both pedagogical principles in the field： the integrity and completeness; （2） elements of globalization, as a necessary process and development factor; and （3） ＂education for all＂ challenges for the twenty-first century. The content of global education in the scientific publication is given analytical processing, linking globalization in education with the development of democracy and human rights, global ethics, the influence of European norms, standards and the global world, the impact of European and world norms and standards, as well as the penetration of global civic cultural elements.

Breeding Status, Nesting Densities ＆ Diet Trends of Two Endangered California Least Tern Colonies

The California least tern （Sternula antillarum browni） is an endangered species. The two largest colonies of this bird species in the San Francisco Bay, California, USA, are located 23 km apart at Alameda Point and Hayward Regional Shoreline. The Alameda Point colony, on the former Naval Air Station, Alameda, has grown at an average rate of 9.2% per year since its discovery in 1976 and has a nesting density ranging from 1-153 nests per ha. Long-term breeding success at Alameda has averaged 0.86 fledglings per breeding pair. Least tems began appearing in 2003, at an island in Hayward enhanced with substrate mediums and social attraction devices. Successful breeding attempts have been observed at the Hayward colony since 2006. The Hayward colony has grown at an average rate of 51.5% per year, has a nesting density ranging from 33-333 nests per ha and long-term breeding success average of 0.87 fledglings per breeding pair. Dropped fish have been collected from both colonies, and silversides （family Atherinopsidae） are the dominant prey. Alameda terns forage on a greater variety of species than the Hayward terns. The regression results indicate the importance of Northern anchovy （Engraulis mordax） to the breeding success of the Alameda colony.

Ethical Awareness： Do We Need to Teach Accounting Ethics？ The Case of Bahrain

Based on the premise that ethics education leads to creation of the required （acceptable level of） ethical awareness, the general streamline of accounting ethics literature is strongly in favor of teaching adequate, efficient, and effective accounting ethics. This paper takes the position that this premise must be checked in an educational setting in which accounting ethics education lacks the characteristics of being adequate, efficient, and effective. Accordingly, a questionnaire with two parts was distributed to accounting students about to graduate from the University of Bahrain （UoB）. The first part is an exploratory investigation consisting of 21 variables/questions. The second part is an experimental investigation consisting of 13 hypothetical accounting cases representing various ethics violations. The general tendency by an accounting student based on the two parts indicates that he/she holds an acceptable level of ethical awareness, despite the fact that accounting education programs lack an adequate, efficient, and effective approach to teaching accounting ethics.

The Correlation Between Mathematics and Music---Practice With the Students of the Pedagogical Faculty in Sarajevo

In contemporary times, the principle of interdisciplinarity has been applied more and more, and based on that, the educational system allows a certain subject not to be confined any longer within the limits set by its name and it also allows the cross-curricular connectedness. Led by that, the authors came up with the idea to examine the possibilities of the application of this principle within the courses of mathematics and music. This paper examines the relationship of correlation-integration-co-ordination, or linking-conjoining-harmonizing. The sample consists of the students at the fourth and fifth year of the Pedagogical Faculty in Sarajevo. The research topic is the correlation between mathematics and music. The research problem is the possibility to successfully realize a class in which mathematical and musical activities correlate. The aim of the research is to come up with some guidelines that would lead to a more successful application of the aforementioned correlation in practice. The conclusion is that we should work more on the possibilities of applying various forms of intercorrelation between subjects, to make the class content even more appropriate to the natural environment in which the child learns in a relaxed manner.

Study on the Current Situation of the Public Dance Course Teaching in General Colleges and Universities

In the public art education, the public dance course plays an important influence, and has become an important way of the aesthetic education in general colleges and universities. However, the public dance course teaching in China＇ s colleges and universities is a necessary way for ensuring the effective implementation of the public dance course teaching, because there are certain unsound teaching problems in the public dance course teaching in China＇ s colleges and universities currently. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out deep research and practice for the public dance education in China＇ s colleges and universities, and this plays an important role in promoting the development of general colleges and universities＇ quality education for students, advancing the further development of the current genera/colleges and universities＇ public dance education, and enriching the existing public art education theories. There are many problems such as unclear teaching goals in the existing public art course teaching model, non-systematic and non-scientific teaching contents, simple teaching forms, and simple teaching methods in the general colleges and universities, so it is urgent to explore new teaching models. On this basis, the current situation of the public dance teaching in general colleges and universities is investigated by taking the public dance teaching in Guangxi Normal University as an example and using the methods such as document literature, questionnaire survey, and interview, and the specific situation of the dance teaching in general colleges and universities is analyzed, and also corresponding strategies and suggestions are proposed.
