南通地方药用草资源现状及保护措施

通过野外实地调查、标本采集和逐一考证的方式,对湖南云山野生药用草质藤本植物资源进行研究。结果表明:湖南云山共有野生药用草质藤本植物18科41属69种,分别占该区藤本植物科、属、种的36.73%、32.54%和17.21%,其中双子叶藤本具有明显... 通过野外实地调查、标本采集和逐一考证的方式,对湖南云山野生药用草质藤本植物资源进行研究。结果表明:湖南云山共有野生药用草质藤本植物18科41属69种,分别占该区藤本植物科、属、种的36.73%、32.54%和17.21%,其中双子叶藤本具有明显的优势,单子叶藤本处于次要地位。在种群组成中,科的构成比较集中,属的构成相对分散。在攀援方式上,缠绕藤本具有优势,占总种数的66.67%,卷曲类、搭靠类和吸固类较少,分别占总种数的20.29%、8.70%和4.35%。在药用部位上,以根、全株和根茎的药用藤本植物最多,分别占有57.97%、44.93%和23.19%。在药用功效上,以祛风湿、活血化瘀和清热类最多,分别占30.34%、43.48%、40.58%。同时,对云山野生药用草质藤本植物资源的保护和开发利用提出了建议,以期为该地区野生药用藤本植物资源的可持续利用提供参考依据。 展开更多

目的 采集与鉴定泉州民间一类保胃药用植物“过饥草”(闽南语KèKi Chháu),并选用内转录间隔区2(Internal Transcribed Spacer 2,ITS2)序列作为条形码进行分析。方法 采集泉州区域内“过饥草”类植物样本,经传统形态学鉴定后,... 目的 采集与鉴定泉州民间一类保胃药用植物“过饥草”(闽南语KèKi Chháu),并选用内转录间隔区2(Internal Transcribed Spacer 2,ITS2)序列作为条形码进行分析。方法 采集泉州区域内“过饥草”类植物样本,经传统形态学鉴定后,提取基因组DNA,测序各样本的ITS和ITS2区域。根据ITS2序列计算各样本间的遗传距离,构建邻接法系统进化树,并预测ITS2序列的二级结构,比较各个ITS2序列二级结构的差异。结果 获取了全部样本的ITS2序列,并将14株采集样本分属于8种植物。而基于ITS2序列的系统进化分析、二级结构比对分析与其形态学鉴定结果一致,可明显区分“过饥草”类植物的物种差异。结论 共梳理出8种“过饥草”类药用植物的物种信息,且ITS2序列可作为鉴别该类民间药用植物的有效条形码。 展开更多

[Results] The stroma have consistent length in good order ,but there is 1 box of scratching happened infections after operating. [Conclusion] Scratching can promote mycelium turning color better, shorter the cycle of fruiting, and prevent the phenomenon of "aside grass"; and "no grass"; effectively,al of this can make the North Cordyceps grow more dense and neatly. 展开更多

The results showed that the best control efficiency was shared by 0.5% abamectin and 25% mixed pesticide (abamectin and carbosulfan), 24.1% and 28.0%, respectively. The positive effect was found by synergism between pesticide and fertiUzer in controlling reot-knot nematode. The economic benefit and agricultural benefit were gained by controlling root-knot nematodes. The results suggested that the agricultural and ecological benefit could be gained through the integration of agricultural practice and chemical technology in controlling root-knot nematode. 展开更多

METHODS: Sevent... AIM: To investigate the effects of Danshaohuaxian (DSHX), a Chinese herbal recipe, on the apoptosis and cell cycles of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) in rat hepatic fibrosis and its possible mechanisms. METHODS: Seventy-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, hepatic fibrosis group, non-DSHX-treated group and DSHX-treated group. Except for the normal control group, rat hepatic fibrotic models were induced by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), drinking alcohol, giving diet of hyperlipid and hypoprotein for 8 wk. When the hepatic fibrotic models were produced, 12 rats of hepatic fibrosis group (15 rats survived, others died during the 8 wk) were sacrificed to collect blood and livers. HSCs were isolated from the other 3 rats to detect the apoptotic index (AI) and cell cycles by flow cytometry. DSHX was then given to the DSHX-treated group (1.0 g/kg, PO, daily) for 8 wk. At the same time, normal control group and non-DSHX-treated group were given normal saline for 8 wk. At end of the experiment, some rats in these three groups were sacrificed to collect blood and livers, the other rats were used for HSC isolation to detect the apoptotic index (AI) and cell cycles. Then the liver index, serum hyaluronic acid (HA) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), degree of hepatic fibrosis, urinary excretion of hydroxyproline (Hyp) and expression of collagen types Ⅰ and Ⅲ (COL Ⅰ and Ⅲ) in these four groups were detected respectively. RESULTS: Compared with the indexes of the hepatic fibrosis group and non-DSHX-treated group, the DSHX-treated group revealed a liver index of (0.0267±0.0017 vs 0.0423±0.0044, 0.0295±0.0019, P<0.05), levels of serum HA (200.78±31.71 vs 316.17±78.48, 300.86±72.73, P<0.05) and ALT(93.13±5.79 vs 174.5±6.02, 104.75±6.54, P<0.01), and stage of hepatic fibrosis (1.30 vs 4.25, 2.60, P<0.01) all reduced. The urinary excretion of Hyp increased (541.09±73.39 vs 62.00±6.40, 182.44±30.83, P<0.01), the COL Ⅰ and Ⅲ expression decreased (COL I: 1.07±0.96 vs 4.18±2.26, 3.22±1.44, P<0.01; COL Ⅲ: 1.09±0.58 vs 3.04±0.62, 2.23±0.58, P<0.01), the HSCs apoptotic index of HSCs (7.81±0.47 vs 1.63±0.25, 1.78±0.4, P<0.05) and the ratio of G0-G1 phase cells increased (94.30±1.33 vs 62.27±17.96, 50.53±2.25, P<0.05). The ratios of S-phase cells (3.11±1.27 vs 9.83±1.81, 11.87±1.9, P<0.05) and G2-M phase cells (2.58±0.73 vs 23.26±10.95, 13.60±1.15, P<0.01) declined. CONCLUSION: DSHX capsule shows certain therapeutic effects on hepatic fibrosis in rats and inhibits abnormal deposition of COL I and III in rat livers by promoting the apoptosis of HSCs and preventing their proliferation. 展开更多

To approach the mechanism of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in causing acute lung injury (ALI) and the protective effect of rhubarb and dexamethasone, lung specimens were examined with macroscopy, microscopy, electron microscopy and the biological markers of ALI including lung wet/dry weight, the rate of neutrophils and protein content in the pulmonary alveolar lavage fluid, pulmonary capillary permeability and pulmonary alveolar permeability index were observed. The mechanism of the ALI is mainly due to direct injury of alveolar epithelium and pulmonary vascular endothelium. Rhubarb and dexamethasone could significantly reduce the edema of the lung tissue, decrease the red blood cell exudation, neutrophil infiltration and plasma protein exudation in the alveoli and all the biological markers in comparison with the ALI model rats, indicating they have protective action on vascular endothelium and alveolar epithelium. 展开更多

The term ofjamu may be derived from ancient Javanese language "Djampi" that means a healing method using herb during the era of Ancient Java emerged since the 9th century AD. Jamu is consume either in fresh or in processed one. Some jamu sellers still found carrying their wares, in a basket fastened to their torsos using a sling made of fabric, and visit door to door in local neighborhoods. The name is Jamu gendong. The use of the j amu remains the same as the ancestors did. The visible proof is the use of traditional herbal medicine of various type of "medical plants", either from the leaves, the fruits, the roots, the flowers or the barks, etc. It is truly back to nature. These herbal medicine had been used since the ancient time up to now, it is largely consumed by people of different levels: lower, middle and upper, in the villages and in the big cities. Jamu as a cultural heritage has a big potential asset of Indonesia and is also one of Indonsia's cultural products based on local resources and the creativity of the nation. Indonesia has natural resourses of plants totaling about 30,000 species of flowering plants, which is the third largest in the world after Brazil and Zaire, including 7,000 species of medicinal plants, 940 species one could buy easily readymade jamu packed modernly in the form of powder, pills, capsules, drinking liquid and ointments. Of course there are still jamu shops, which only sell for those have been identified, 283 species are listed as raw materials that are used routinely in the medicine industry. Jamu from time to time has been widely accepted in almost every country in the world. It is not only as a preventive maintenance, but also as a curative treatment for acute and chronic treatment. At present ingredients ofjamu and its preparation spot as required by buyers. Some women are roaming the street to sell jamu, which is a common view across the country. AIM: Taraxacum officinale (TO) has been frequently used as a remedy for inflammatory diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of TO on cholecystokinin (CCK)-octapeptide-induced acute pancreatitis in rats.METHODS: TO at 10 mg/kg was orally administered, followed by 75 μg/kg CCK octapeptide injected subcutaneously three times after 1, 3 and 5 h. This whole procedure was repeated for 5 d. We determined the pancreatic weight/body weight ratio, the levels of pancreatic HSP60 and HSP72, and the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Repeated CCK octapeptide treatment resulted in typical laboratory and morphological changes of experimentally-induced pancreatitis.RESULTS: TO significantly decreased the pancreatic weight/body weight ratio in CCK octapeptide-induced acute pancreatitis. TO also increased the pancreatic levels of HSP60 and HSP72. Additionally, the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased in the animals treated with TO.CONCLUSION: TO may have a protective effect against CCK octapeptide-induced acute pancreatitis. 展开更多
