Method： 110 cases of cervical vertigo were divided into the treatment group and control group. 65 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture plus puerarin and glucose injection and 45 cases in the control group were treated with Western medications. Results： In the treatment group, the results showed cure in 33 cases, effect in 29 cases and failure in 3 cases, and the total effective rate in 95.38%. In the control group, the results showed cure in 12 cases, effect in 23 cases and failure in 10 cases, and the total effective rate in 77.87%. In comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect is better in the treatment of cervical vertigo by acupuncture plus herbal medicine.than that by Western medications.展开更多
