Methods Twenty patients with ischemic cerebrovascnlar disease were detected in blood flow velocity of bilateral middle cerebral arteries (MCA) and anterior cerebral arteries (ACA) and artery pulsatility index with TCD before and two weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, TCD examination showed dynamic changes in blood flow significantly, lpsilateral MCA flow velocity significantly increased; ipsilateral ACA flow velocity did not change significantly; there was no significant increase in the contralateral MCA flow velocity; flow rate decreased significantly in contralateral ACA. Conclusion Carotid artery stenting combined with nimodipine treatment can cause anterior cerebral hemodynamic changes in ipsilateral hemisphere and significantly improve blood flow展开更多

Neotectonic structures of different ranks--elevations and depressions, lineaments...This paper describes principles, methods and results of a large-scale (1: 25,000) structural-geodynamic mapping of Moscow territory. Neotectonic structures of different ranks--elevations and depressions, lineaments and GDAZ (geodynamic active zones) are presented on the map. Geodynamic active zones are linear or isometric crust volumes of different scales that localized spatially, where conditions for tectonic stress concentration and relaxation, and high gradients of movements and rocks deformity are favorable by different reasons. They differ from active faults, which are rare on geodynamic-stable platform territories, by absence of noticeable displacements in rocks and a more geodynamic stability. Nevertheless, GDAZ can be hazard to engineering buildings, since these zones are favorable for developing exogenous (such as erosion, impoundment, karst, sliding, etc.) and endogenous geological processes (such as seismicity, water-fluid permeability and heat flux). They can also become migration and localization channels of nature-anthropogenic pollution.展开更多

First, the author suggests that leisure can he looked at as a social construct which resulted from the colonial regulation of native labour, particularly between 1890s and 1974. Secondly, the author proposes that people look at the conditions of possibility of leisure in a context dominated by the new moral code of conduct, a cathartic purification of the colonial mentality, introduced through the ideology of the "New Man" created by the ruling party, Frelimo. Thirdly, the author examines the possibility of leisure in the context of Mozambique's adherence to neo-liberalism and market-driven economy after the collapse of socialism. As with Heidegger, this is attempted through a turn towards art and the "emancipated contingency" that characterizes much creative production. In contrast to action and production within the knowledge economy, the creation of the artwork concerns a knowing of unknowingness (described by Maurice Blanchot as the neutral) that demands a rethink of action in relation to truth and errancy. Indeed, the very working of the work of art is conceived here as a truth that is precisely "set to work" (Heidegger) by errancy. Through a consideration of the essential difference between choice and decision and the different "beginning" of art that this suggests, the essay concludes with some reflections of the theme of art's fascination and the and the affirmation of the unknown.展开更多

As such, it is of outmost importance that governments consider language learning as an educational priority. Mozambique is no exception to this rule, as it has also already acknowledged the need not only to teach languages of wider communication such as English, French, and Portuguese, but also the Mozambican national languages. The present paper discusses the importance and value that is attached to multilingualism in Mozambique and focuses particularly on Foreign Language Teaching and Learning at tertiary level. This paper reports specifically on data collected through a questionnaire given to first year university students at Universidade Pedag6gica in Maputo, in June, 2008. In this study, we set out to present the characteristics and classification of antibiotics recommended for children according to WHO, EMA and EBM. Also, the aim of this study was to analyze the most prescribed pediatric antibiotics in 2013 in Republic of Macedonia compared with standard treatments. Presented data was collected according to the number of prescribed recipes of pediatric dosage forms covered by the Fund of Republic of Macedonia. The obtained results showed that the most prescribed pediatric antibiotic is amoxicillin with clavulanic acid (875mg + 125mg) in form of tablet, with 280 863 prescribed recipes which corresponds to the recommendations of EBM.展开更多
The purpose of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetic characteristics of modafinil and its metabolite modafinil acid in healthy subjects including Chinese Mongolian, Korean and Uyghur, and assess the influenc...The purpose of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetic characteristics of modafinil and its metabolite modafinil acid in healthy subjects including Chinese Mongolian, Korean and Uyghur, and assess the influence of sex on the pharmacokinetic profiles of modafinil in Chinese subjects. Fifteen healthy Chinese male subjects and fifteen female subjects received 200 mg of modafinil, and the plasma samples were collected at the designed time points. The plasma modafinil concentration was determined by HPLC-UV method. Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS software. The pharmacokinetics of modafinil for all of the subjects were in accordance with the two-compartment open model. The mean pharmacokinetic parameters for males and females are as follows: Cmax (4.39±0.53) and (5.86±1.23) μg/mL, AUC0 -∞(65.36±13.93) and (71.74±16.48) μg.h/mL, t1/2β (15.19±3.05) and (14.48±3.95) h for modafinil; Cmax (2.68±0.52) and (3.56±0.57) μg/mL, AUC0 -∞ (29.99±6.05) and (34.53±6.41) μg.h/mL, t1/2β (6.46±1.31) and (5.35±1.46) h for modafinil acid, respectively. Statistical analysis of the pharmacokinetics ofmodafinil and modafmil acid in male and female groups shows that sex has a significant impact on the metabolism of modafinil and modafinil acid. More attention should be paid on the dosage to male or female patients.展开更多

The aim of our study was to prepare lomustine loaded liposomes (CCNU-Lips) and evaluate its physicochemical properties and the tissue targeting after intravenous (i.v.) injection. CCNU-Lips were prepared by film dispersion method. In vitro drug release was investigated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 6.8) at 37℃. The concentrations of CCNU in selected organs were determined using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) following i.v. administration of CCNU-Lips and inclusion complex solution of CCNU with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (CCNU-Sol). CCNU-Lips had an average diameter of (189.8±28.5) nm with a zeta potential of (-19.13±0.12) mV and the in vitro drug release was monitored for up to 3 d, and the release behavior was in accordance with Weibull-equation. The CCNU-Lips exhibited a longer elimination half life (t1/2β) in vivo compared with CCNU-Sol after i.v. injection to New Zealand rabbits. The encapsulation of lomustine in liposomes also changed its biodistribution in mice. CCNU-Lips showed significant brain targeting with AUC, Te and Re of the brain all showing obvious elevation. These results indicated that CCNU-Lips were promising passive targeting formulation to the brain.展开更多

By the parabolic regularization method, the uniform estimate of the gradient is obtained, and by using Kolmogoroff 's theorem, the solvability of the equation is obtained in BV(Q_T) sense. 文摘In 2014, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) approved the Jinping Underground Nuclear Astrophysics laboratory (JUNA) project, which aims at direct cross-section measurements of four key stellar nuclear reactions right down to the Gamow windows. In order to solve the observed fluorine overabundances in Asymptotic Giant Branch (AGB) stars, measuring the key 19F(p,a)16O reaction at effective burning energies (i.e., at Gamow window) is established as one of the scientific research sub-projects. The present paper describes this sub-project in details, including motivation, status, experimental setup, yield and background estimation, aboveground test, as well as other relevant reactions.
