菱镁行业如何应对入世挑战——对辽宁菱镁矿业发展形势思考

In the world, magnesite resources are mainly distributed in China (30.09%), Korea(30%), ex-Soviet Union (more than 22%); in China, they are mainly in Liaoning (85%) and Shandong(10%) provinces. At present, there exists many problems in the magnesite industry of Liaoning. After China entering WTO, in order to meet the need of international market, mining activities should be legal, resources and environment need to be protected, the enterprise should be strictly managed, the improvement of S & T and management need to be accelerated.

我国菱镁矿业绿色高质量发展对策研究

我国菱镁矿产资源丰富,下游应用广泛,开发利用优化空间大。本文分析了菱镁矿资源分布和整体发展情况,过去一段时期我国菱镁矿业存在无序开采导致资源综合利用率低、工艺落后绿色发展整体水平不足、低水平盲目扩张行业转型升级进展缓慢等问题,严重制约了行业的发展。针对上述问题,提出了促进菱镁矿业绿色高质量发展的对策建议:一是建设绿色智能矿山,节约集约利用菱镁资源;二是提升全流程科技水平,开发高附加值产品;三是强化产业链补链延链强链,夯实发展基础;四是提高项目准入水平,促进行业规范有序发展。
