利用茶叶籽加工成食用油脂,研究应用超临界CO2萃取茶叶籽油的工艺,探索不同压力、温度、时间、水分等对超临界CO2萃取茶叶籽油的工艺影响。结果表明:萃取压力40MPa,温度60℃,时间1.5h,水分3.0%,即可获得比较好的萃取率。

Three steam distillation devices (D-1, D-2 and D-4) or one simultaneous distillation (D-3, water-diethyl ether) as well as the process of CO2-SFE (Supercritical fluid extraction) were adopted in extraction of essential oils from Chinese-fir (Cunninghamia lancedata (Lamb) Hook.) and the chemical components of the extracted essential oil were analyzed by Gas chromatograph-MS analyses. The results showed that the essential oil could be almost extracted out within 2 hours and the device-3 had the highest extraction efficiency. The major chemical component of the oil was cedrol. The yield of the extracted essential oils from Chinese fir decreased gradually with the increase of the distillation time. The best condition for extraction by means of CO2-SFE is 100 kg·cm?2 in pressure and 40°C in temperature for. Betulin, which is a medicinal pentacyclic triterpene, is abundant in the bark of white birch (Betula platyphlly). The bark of birch was collected at Tayuan Forest Farm of Jiagedaqi, Heilongjiang Province in September 2000. Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) that is a new separation technology has been used for the processing pharmaceutical and natural products. In this paper, the extraction of betulin from the bark of birch by supercritical CO2 extraction was studied. The authors investigated and analyzed a few parameters such as modifier dosage, extraction pressure and extraction temperature. The optimal extrac-tion conditions showed that the modifier dosage used for per gram bark powder was 1.5 mL, the extraction pressure was at 20 Mpa, and the extraction temperature was at 55 C. The velocity of flow of liquid CO2 was at 10 kg/h. The pressure and tem-perature in separation vessel were at 5.5 Mpa and 50 C, respectively. 展开更多

A simple and rapid technique based on liquid-liquid extraction coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometric detection(LLE-GC-MS) was developed for analysis of taste and odour compound β-ionone in water. Instrument parameters including programmed oven temperature, injection temperature and ion source temperature were evaluated and optimized. Effects of extraction time, ionic strength and p H on the detection efficiency were investigated and optimum conditions were 8 min of extraction time, without Na Cl addition at p H=9. Good linearity(R2=0.9997) was obtained when the linear range was 10-500 μg/L. The recoveries of β-ionone in ultrapure water and tap water samples were 88%-95% and 110%-114%, respectively. The relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 10%. The method detection limit(MDL) and rejection quality level(RQL) were achieved at1.98 μg/L and 6.53 μg/L, respectively. LLE-GC-MS was demonstrated to be a rapid and convenient method for the determination ofβ-ionone in water samples. 展开更多

A preparation process of 2-methylnaphthalene (2-MN) was proposed by isomerization, side-stream distillation and extractive distillation. The isomerization of alkyl naphthalene was catalyzed by acid-treated HBEA zeolites, and the 2-MN selectivity of isomerization was 92.70%. Side-stream distillation and extractive distillation were investigated by simulation, and effects of operation parameters on 2-MN were studied. Further, the simulated results were verified by experiment. Under the optimal condition, the mass fraction of 2-MN reached to 98.09%; in the oroduct, and the yield was 83.84% in refining orocess. 展开更多
