It was proposed to a new method for the determination of Streptomycin(STR) with 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate(NQS) by Spectrophotometry in this paper.It was indicated that the molar ratio of russety product formed by...It was proposed to a new method for the determination of Streptomycin(STR) with 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate(NQS) by Spectrophotometry in this paper.It was indicated that the molar ratio of russety product formed by the reaction between STR and NQS was 1∶2 at pH12.0,and ε was 3.0×103L/mol·cm at 470nm.Beer′s law is well obeyed in the range of STR concentrations of 2.91 μg/mL-145.7μg/mL.The detection limit(3σ/κ) was 2.7μg/mL,RSD=0.76 %and average recovery was over 99.0%.The method has been used for the determination of STR in pharmaceutical samples with satisfactory results.展开更多
