小麦是我国重要的粮食之一,提高对小麦蛋白质含量预测的精准性对保证小麦质量具有重要的意义。采用不同地区的小麦共93个样本近红外光谱与化学值作为建模数据。首先利用小波包(WTP)对光谱信号进行降噪处理,消除外界噪音信号对光谱的影... 小麦是我国重要的粮食之一,提高对小麦蛋白质含量预测的精准性对保证小麦质量具有重要的意义。采用不同地区的小麦共93个样本近红外光谱与化学值作为建模数据。首先利用小波包(WTP)对光谱信号进行降噪处理,消除外界噪音信号对光谱的影响。其次利用蒙特卡洛变量组合集群分析法(MC-VCPA)进行变量选择,最后利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立小麦蛋白质预测模型,并对预测集样本进行预测。对比其他的建模方法,MC-VCPA所选择的10个特征变量代替了全光谱256个变量,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)值由0.4974降低到0.3295,提高了33%,优于其他建模方法。结果表明,基于MC-VCPA的近红外光谱分析方法对小麦蛋白质含量进行定量分析是可行的。 展开更多

The stability of the slope was re-evaluated by use of Monte Carlo method (MCM) and the result contrasted with the fore is the conclusion. Free energy calculations may provide vital information for studying various chemical and biological processes.Quantum mechanical methods are required to accurately describe interaction energies,but their computations are often too demanding for conformational sampling.As a remedy,level correction schemes that allow calculating high level free energies based on conformations from lower level simulations have been developed.Here,we present a variation of a Monte Carlo(MC)resampling approach in relation to the weighted histogram analysis method(WHAM).We show that our scheme can generate free energy surfaces that can practically converge to the exact one with sufficient sampling,and that it treats cases with insufficient sampling in a more stable manner than the conventional WHAM-based level correction scheme.It can also provide a guide for checking the uncertainty of the levelcorrected surface and a well-defined criterion for deciding the extent of smoothing on the free energy surface for its visual improvement.We demonstrate these aspects by obtaining the free energy maps associated with the alanine dipeptide and proton transfer network of the KillerRed protein in explicit water,and exemplify that the MC resampled WHAM scheme can be a practical tool for producing free energy surfaces of realistic systems. 展开更多

Taking the steady motion status as a starting point,according to the modeling of actual state of theoretical analysis,a predigested model of supercavity vehicle was established,and relationship expressions of these angles were obtained when the movement of supercavity vehicle was stable.A theoretical analysis on the stability of underwater high-speed movement in the movement simulation program was conducted and the simulation results were given.Then the force status of the supercavity vehicle was elicited from the results.The finite element analysis was carried out based on the stability at all angles obtained from simulation results.Taking a pilot model as example,the Monte Carlo method was adopting to analyze the reliability with the given state of force and displacement.The result indicates that this method is feasible. 展开更多

This paper presents a probabilistic reliability method for the welded shell during crack growth. The crack growth model incorporated with a failure assessment diagram(FAD) , which can provides a better estimation of the critical crack length, is developed to describe fatigue failure. All variables for particular welded joints of the shell are studied. Among them, the stress variables are based on the calculated stress by using the finite element (FE) code ANSYS. Fatigue reliability analysis of the welded shell is performed by using the Monte Carlo simulation method. The failure probability curve of the example kiln is significantly useful to determine the repair schedule of shell cracks. 展开更多

When evaluating Nuclear Waste DGR Safety, it is necessary to confirm its safety in a long run and above all its safety towards the biosphere which is more precisely that the biosphere will not be in any hazard caused by radioactive substances, With the aid of geologists, a model of a hypothetical area was elaborated and described with the use of geological and hydrogeological parameters. The volume of isotopes released out of the massif at the borderline of the near/far field from the DGR was determined. The paper results showed that ground water flow and transport of substances within the area were first to be determined. The Flow123D SW was used for the determination. The resulting outcome represents a determination of transported substances concentration depending on time. The disadvantage of the model is the fact that all the input parameters were set deterministically. The problem is solved by using the sensitivity analysis (changing the input parameters) or using the Monte Carlo Method. The major results are: calculations of the radionuclide concentrations in the elements depending on time and determination of parameters that have the biggest impact on the sensitivity of the whole model. 展开更多

In this paper, a sensing model for the coverage analysis of wireless sensor networks is provided. Using this model and Monte Carlo method, the ratio of private range to sensing range required to obtain the desired coverage can be derived considering the scale of deployment area and the number of sensor nodes. Base on the coverage analysis, an energy-efficient distributed node scheduling scheme is proposed to prolong the network lifetime while maintaining the desired sensing coverage, which does not need the geographic or neighbor information of nodes. The proposed scheme can also handle uneven distribution, and it is robust against node failures. Theoretical and simulation results demonstrate its efficiency and usefulness. 展开更多

为提升半挂汽车列车在高速公路弯道下坡路段的运行安全,采用TruckSim仿真软件,构建了车辆模型、道路模型和驾驶人动力学仿真模型;基于蒙特卡罗可靠性分析法,分别建立了半挂汽车列车发生侧滑失效、侧翻失效、折叠失效和系统失效的功能函... 为提升半挂汽车列车在高速公路弯道下坡路段的运行安全,采用TruckSim仿真软件,构建了车辆模型、道路模型和驾驶人动力学仿真模型;基于蒙特卡罗可靠性分析法,分别建立了半挂汽车列车发生侧滑失效、侧翻失效、折叠失效和系统失效的功能函数,并选取设计速度80 km·h^(-1)的高速公路为研究路段,通过进行大量车辆动力学仿真试验,对不同圆曲线半径、纵坡坡度、路面附着系数、车速和车辆总质量对半挂汽车列车的运行安全的影响进行了数值分析。研究结果表明:半挂汽车列车发生侧滑和侧翻的概率随着圆曲线半径的增加而显著降低,在一般最小半径400 m的情况下,半挂汽车列车发生侧滑失效和侧翻失效的概率趋近于0;随着下坡坡度的增加,半挂汽车列车发生侧滑失效和侧翻失效的概率基本呈线性增长趋势;车速对于半挂汽车列车运行安全的影响尤为显著,当车速均值由60 km·h^(-1)增加到90 km·h^(-1)时,发生侧滑失效和侧翻失效的概率分别增加了634倍和336倍;车辆总质量的增加对半挂汽车列车侧翻有显著影响;在路面附着系数较低的条件下,半挂汽车列车的主要事故形态为侧滑和折叠,在路面附着系数较高的情况下,半挂汽车列车的主要事故形态为侧翻。因此,在道路设计中,应避免极限最小半径与陡坡组合,严格限速和限载可确保半挂汽车列车的运行安全性能。 展开更多
