快速而准确的水下图像超分辨率重建技术可以帮助水下航行器更好地感知水下场景,从而作出导航决策。基于此,提出一种轻量级的基于信息蒸馏机制的水下图像超分辨率重建算法(SRIDM)。该算法在普通残差网络的基础上,引入全局特征融合结构、... 快速而准确的水下图像超分辨率重建技术可以帮助水下航行器更好地感知水下场景,从而作出导航决策。基于此,提出一种轻量级的基于信息蒸馏机制的水下图像超分辨率重建算法(SRIDM)。该算法在普通残差网络的基础上,引入全局特征融合结构、信息蒸馏机制和空间注意力模块,进一步提高了模型的特征表达能力。通过模型消融实验,验证了每个模块的有效性并找到了最佳的模块组合和蒸馏速率。在USR-248测试集上的对比实验结果表明,通过所提算法恢复的图像不管是在主观视觉效果还是在客观评价质量上均优于其他对比算法,在放大因子为4时,其峰值信噪比和结构相似度分别达到了27.7640 dB和0.7640。另外,所提算法也是一种轻量化算法,在保持性能的同时大大降低了模型参数量和计算复杂度。 展开更多

In recent years,anomaly detection has attracted much attention in industrial production.As traditional anomaly detection methods usually rely on direct comparison of samples,they often ignore the intrinsic relationship between samples,resulting in poor accuracy in recognizing anomalous samples.To address this problem,a knowledge distillation anomaly detection method based on feature reconstruction was proposed in this study.Knowledge distillation was performed after inverting the structure of the teacher-student network to avoid the teacher-student network sharing the same inputs and similar structure.Representability was improved by using feature splicing to unify features at different levels,and the merged features were processed and reconstructed using an improved Transformer.The experimental results show that the proposed method achieves better performance on the MVTec dataset,verifying its effectiveness and feasibility in anomaly detection tasks.This study provides a new idea to improve the accuracy and efficiency of anomaly detection. 展开更多
