在加固工程施工现场的时候,需要对现有烧结泥砖墙施加水泥砂浆,然后进行组装提取程序和标准立方抗压强度试验。我们在现场测试中可以将M10、M15、M20、M25、M30、M35、M40、M45和M50共9种强度等级来作为评定水泥砂浆的抗压强度,将其分... 在加固工程施工现场的时候,需要对现有烧结泥砖墙施加水泥砂浆,然后进行组装提取程序和标准立方抗压强度试验。我们在现场测试中可以将M10、M15、M20、M25、M30、M35、M40、M45和M50共9种强度等级来作为评定水泥砂浆的抗压强度,将其分为54个组。最后根据得出的实验结果,为每一种水泥沙浆匹配相对应的等级。再通过对该模型进行模型试验,提出水泥浆抗压强度各个值间距的预测。本文首先对试验方案进行了分析,然后对试验结果进行了分析,紧接着对不同砂浆先装拔出法试验结果对比进行了分析,最后希望本文的研究,对今后本课题的研究有一定的启发。 展开更多

Effect of plastic deformation on diffusion-rolling bonding of steel sandwich plates 被引量:1

Diffusion bonding is one of the most important techniques for composite materials, while bonding temperature, holding time,and rolling reduction are the key parameters that affect the bonding strength of sandwich plates. To study the effect of plastic deformation on the bonding strength, laboratory experiments were carried on a Gleeble Thermal Simulator to imitate the diffusion-rolling bonding under different reductions for steel sandwich plates. The bonding strength and interlayer film thickness were measured, and the element diffusion was analyzed using line scanning. The relationship between the bonding strength and “diffused interlayer” thickness was investigated. It has been found that the bonding strength increases with reduction, whereas the interlayer film thickness decreases gradually as the reduction increases. The diffusion under plastic deformation is obviously enhanced in comparison with that of nil reduction. The mechanism of plastic deformation effect on the diffusion bonding and related models have been discussed. 展开更多

The gas-sensitive film coated π-phase-shifted long-period fiber grating(LPFG),consisting of two same long-period fiber gratings cascaded by a regular fiber with length of half of the grating period,is proposed for gas sensing.The sensitivity of the sensor is defined by the change rate of the transmission at specific wavelength with respect to the film refractive index.The qualitative and numerical analyses show that to get a high sensitivity,the optimal coupling strength of each long-period fiber grating is √2 π/4.With this coupling strength,the longer the grating is,the higher sensitivity the sensor has.By choosing appropriate grating period,a high sensitivity for the film with a certain refractive index and thickness can be attained. 展开更多
