高效薄层析技术测定5种磺酰脲类除草剂方法有效性研究 被引量:13

建立5种磺酰脲类除草剂甲磺隆、氯磺隆、苄嘧磺隆、氯嘧磺隆和苯磺隆残留的高效薄层析(HPTLC)测定方法;2种展剂为A:氯仿+丙酮+乙酸(90/10/0.75,V/V/V),B:甲苯+乙酸已酯(50/50,V/V),并对建立的方法进行确证试验,其中降解试验... 建立5种磺酰脲类除草剂甲磺隆、氯磺隆、苄嘧磺隆、氯嘧磺隆和苯磺隆残留的高效薄层析(HPTLC)测定方法;2种展剂为A:氯仿+丙酮+乙酸(90/10/0.75,V/V/V),B:甲苯+乙酸已酯(50/50,V/V),并对建立的方法进行确证试验,其中降解试验表明试验过程标准品及展开薄板不受酸、碱、氧化剂、热和光的影响,稳定性达到了ICH的要求,在测定中不需要做其他处理。试验对HPTLC检测5种磺酰脲类除草剂的展剂饱和与否,展开方式和温度等影响因素进行了研究。同时用建立的方法测定土壤中氯磺隆、苄嘧磺隆、氯嘧磺隆,样品可以不净化,测定的水平为0.05、0.1和0.5 mg.kg-1,回收率为55%~112%,偏离系数为4.01%~12.86%,方法简单快速。 展开更多

[目的]建立一种测定川芎中阿魏酸含量的简单方法。[方法]利用薄层析法将川芎提取液中的阿魏酸与其他物质进行分离,再采用紫外分光光度法测定分离出的阿魏酸含量。[结果]薄层析展开剂为乙酸乙酯∶石油醚=2∶1(V/V)时阿魏酸能与其他物质完全分离,比移值(Rf)为0.53;阿魏酸的最大吸收波长为324 nm,质量浓度为0.5~1.7μg/m L范围内浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.143A+0.004 3;4 h内阿魏酸在乙醇中的稳定性良好,样品川芎中阿魏酸含量约为0.1%,加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为1%~3%,精密度良好。[结论]薄层析-紫外分光光度法能够准确测定川芎中阿魏酸含量。 展开更多

A total of 94 isolates of endophytic fungi were isolated from the bark of 200-yr.-old Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc. in the primeval forest of the Changbai Mountain Natural Reserve, and 19 species of endophytic fungi were identified. Among the taxa 2 new species and 1 new varied species as well as the 6 known species of China had been described in a previous article published on Journal of Forestry Research, Vol. 14 (4): 290-294 (2003). This paper made a detail description on the morpho-logical characteristics of the 9 new recorded-genus-species and 1 new record species with illustrations, including Staphy-lotrichum coccosporum Meyer et Nicot, Botryodema lateritium Papendoorf & Upadhyay, Oedocephalum glomerulosum (Rul-liard) Sacc., Trichosporonoides oedocephalis Haskins & Spencer, Beniowskia sphaeroidea (Kal Chbrenner et Caeke) Mason, Thermomyces verrucosus Pugh, Blakeman & Morgan-jones, Gilmaniella humicola Brron , Arthrinium sphaerosperma (Per.:Fr.) Ellis, Ambrosiella brunnea (Verrall) Batra, and Cytosporina notha Diedz (1 new record species). And the habitats, hosts, distribu-tions and fruiting periods were recorded for the new recorded-genus-species. Anthocyanin is a water soluble natural pigmen, which could be extracted from Red Rose. Color is an important factor to determine the quality of foods, so that the pigments isolation must be selected type of solvent for extraction process. Besides functioning as dyes, anthocyanins have a role as a good antioxidant, so it can be used to protect the fat content of fermented milk such as yoghurt. This experiment was to find out the effect of different solvent type on extraction pigment (aquadest: sitrat acid/lactic acid/sulfate acid/chloride acid) and to determine the effect of the addition of anthocyanins in protecting the fat content of yogurt on several levels addition. The research result showed that anthocyanin's pigment of red rose from petal flower's could be effective solvent extracted using lactic acid 0.02 M and increased fat stability of yoghurt. The anthocyanin pigment showed with HPLC analysis that pigment resulted TLC analysis at rite time 13.10 (as Cyanidin glucoside) and 22.61 (as Malvidin glucoside). Yoghurt that given anthocyanin pigment has proven that fat content can be maintained its 86.7% (fat content with 2% pigment as such as 0.117% and without pigment 0.087%) after being stored for 6 days at cold and room temperature. 展开更多

The pore structure and porosity of three kinds of mine grouting materials were characterized based on a thin-section analysis and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique. The macroscopic pore interconnectivity was investigated using binary images captured from thin sections and a random walk pore spectral dimension (RWPSD) algorithm. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the grouting materials used consisted of interlayer pores, gel pores, capillary pores, circular air holes, and small fractures, and tailings can fill some gaps in the hydration product structure and dense hydration products. There is a positive correlation between pore interconnectivity and curing time. In addition, there is a relationship between pore interconnectivity and porosity. With increasing porosity and pore interconnectivity, a non-uniform pore structure occurs in mine grouting materials with an accelerator and results in reduced setting time and later strength. 展开更多

Objective To explore the major compound in Polygonati Rhizoma(Huang Jing,黄精)for quality control.Methods The major compound was isolated and analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),and subsequently further identified by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was optimized based on the previous methods reported in the Chinese Pharmacopeia(2015 edition).Results The major compound was isolated from the natural material and identified as linoleic acid.A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method with robust linearity(R2=0.9997),specificity,precision,stability,repeatability and recovery was developed for linoleic acid determination.TLC chromatogram was improved significantly after optimization for qualitative analysis.Conclusions The optimized TLC method is practical and can be adopted for quality control of Polygonati Rhizoma(Huang Jing,黄精).The levels of linoleic acid vary between species of Polygonati Rhizoma(Huang Jing,黄精),with Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua(Jiang Xing Huang Jing,姜型黄精)showing the highest contents.This study provides valuable information for quality control of Polygonati Rhizoma(Huang Jing,黄精). 展开更多

Silica gel impregnated with 1% aqueous solutions of different metal cations (Li^+, Mg^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+, Co^2+, Ni^2+, Ba^2+and Th^4+) has been used for the analysis of nonionic and cationic surfaetants using simple aqueous acetone as mobile phase system. Co^2+ was found the most suitable impregnant for the mutual separation of nonionic surfactants (Brij-35 and Brij-57) and cationic from nonionic surfactants (tetmdecyltrimethylammonium bromide and Cween-20). Zinc sulphate impregnation (Zn^2+-silica gel) shows identical chromatographic behavior and these layers are useful to separate nonionic surfactant (Brij-35) from cationic surfaetant (cetylpyridinium chloride). The mutual separation of B J-35 and B J-57 is not influenced by the presence of optical brightener in the sample. 展开更多

A new method for the determination of Fe by thin layer resin phase spectrophotometry in alkali condition was reported. The complex anion formed by Fe(Ⅱ) and VA was absorbed on the 717w resin and Fe was determined by making thin layer. This method had a high sensitivity (ε620= 3.0×10^5L/mol.cm), which was 15 times higher than that of liquid phase spectrophotometry. It had been proved a satisfactory precision (5.01μg Fe, n=6, RSD=1.8%). The trace Fe in natural water was determined and the recovery was 97%. 展开更多
