以TiCl4为无机前驱体、三嵌段高分子共聚物EO20PO70EO20为模板剂,在非水条件下制备了有序的锐钛矿TiO2纳米晶介孔薄膜。通过热重-差热(TG-DTA)分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、原子力显微观察(AFM)及N2吸附-脱附等测试对样品进行了表征。结... 以TiCl4为无机前驱体、三嵌段高分子共聚物EO20PO70EO20为模板剂,在非水条件下制备了有序的锐钛矿TiO2纳米晶介孔薄膜。通过热重-差热(TG-DTA)分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、原子力显微观察(AFM)及N2吸附-脱附等测试对样品进行了表征。结果表明,薄膜具有均一的大介孔孔径(~10nm),其BET比表面积为150m^2·g^-1,薄膜较宽的无机壁厚显著提高了介孔结构的热稳定性。通过红外(IR)光谱分析考察了溶胶-凝胶过程中发生的物理化学变化。在对薄膜表面形貌进行AFM观察的基础上初步探讨了嵌段共聚物EO20PO70EO20对薄膜孔结构形成的导向机理。 展开更多

Electron Field Emission from Patterned Porous Silicon Film

Patterned porous silicon (PS) films were synthesised by using bydrogen ion implantation technique and typical electrochemical anodic etching method.The surface morphology and characteristics of the PS films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and atomic force microscopy (AFM).The efficient electron field emission with low turn-on field of about 3.5V/μm was obtained at current density of 0.1μA/cm^2.The electron field emission current density from the patterned PS films reached 1mA/cm^2 under and applied field of about 12.5V/μm.The experimental results show that the patterned PS films are of certain practical significance and are valuable for flat panel displays. 展开更多

Structure and Oxygen Sensing Properties of TiO_2 Porous Semiconductor Thin Films

Semiconductor-type TiO2 oxygen sensing thin films were synthesized using tetrabutyl titanate (Ti (OBu)4) as precursor and diethanolamine (DEA) as complexing agent by the sol-get process. The porous and oxygen sensing TiO2 films were obtained by the addition of polyethylene glycol (PEG). The micrographs of scanning electron microscope (SEM) show that the pores of the sample about 400-600 nm in size with PEG(2 000 g/mol) are larger than those about 300 nm in size with PEG( 1 000 g/mol), while the density of pores is lower. The results also indicate that increasing the content of PEG properly is beneficial to the formation of porous structure. With the increasing content of PEG from 0 g to 2.5 g, the oxygen sensitivity increases from 330 to more than 1 000 at 800 ℃, from 170 to more than 1 000 at 900℃, and the response time to O2 and H2 are about 1.5 s and less than 1s, respectively. 展开更多

Both of planar and mesoporous architectures prevail for perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,it is still an open question how the architecture affects the performance of PSCs.The inconsistent results in the references often create confusion.In particular,the specific roles of mesoporous frameworks are yet to be well elaborated and require further clarification.In this study,we carefully compared the properties of perovskite films and the device performances for both architectures to unravel the roles of mesoporous TiO2 framworks in CH3NH3PbI3 PSCs.The detailed characterizations of structural,microscopic,optical and electrical properties revealed that the presence of mesoporous TiO2 framework contributed to enlarged perovskite crystal sizes,enhanced light harvesting,efficient electron extration and suppressed charge recombination.As a result,compared with the planar device,the mesoporous device yielded an improved power conversion efficiency of 18.18%,coupled with a reduced hystersis.This study reveals the benefits of mesoporous TiO2 framework in PSCs and provides the guidance for the design and optimization of architectures for high-performance devices. 展开更多
