薄膜液层下PCB连接器枝晶生长原因分析

针对电子产品在应用过程中出现连接器(BTB)短路现象展开模拟研究,液滴实验表明,液滴环境下负极容易生成颗粒状金属、或粗大的枝晶,与客退不良品差异较大,需要模拟大气环境中产生湿膜的情况。在结雾或高湿环境下,形成中性、酸性电解质薄... 针对电子产品在应用过程中出现连接器(BTB)短路现象展开模拟研究,液滴实验表明,液滴环境下负极容易生成颗粒状金属、或粗大的枝晶,与客退不良品差异较大,需要模拟大气环境中产生湿膜的情况。在结雾或高湿环境下,形成中性、酸性电解质薄膜液层,通以直流电进行实验,结果发现:(1)中性氯化钠(0.01 g/L)和酸性(Na_(2)SO_(4)10×10^(-6)、柠檬酸0.5×10^(-6),pH=4.0)薄膜液层,都可以令BTB正极发生锡腐蚀,负极产生细线状枝晶,形貌与客退品相近;(2)电解质成分影响铜和锡的溶出与沉积,含柠檬酸、硫酸根的电解质,会促进铜的溶出。同时,对已产生的枝晶继续模拟,却出现枝晶的消融现象。经实验验证,枝晶的溶解消失,与电解过程中产生了双氧水有关。 展开更多

Effect of direct current electric field (DCEF) on corrosion behaviour of copper printed circuit board (PCB-Cu), Cl-ion migration behaviour, dendrites growth under thin electrolyte layer was investigated using potentiodynamic polarization and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). Results indicate that DCEF decreases the corrosion of PCB-Cu;Cl-ions directionally migrate from the negative pole to the positive pole, and enrich on the surface of the positive pole, which causes serious localized corrosion; dendrites grow on the surface of the negative pole, and the rate and scale of dendrite growth become faster and greater with the increase of external voltage and exposure time, respectively. 展开更多

An experimental study on gas absorption into falling liquid film formed on inner surface of vertical tubes has been carried out in order to clarify fundamental characteristics of the gas absorption and enhancement by surface waves. The water supplied into the test tubes is periodically disturbed by fluctuating a silicon tube before the test section with a speaker and the wavy films absorb the oxygen filled in the tubes. Imposing the periodic disturbance enhances the gas absorption and the enhancement has a maximum at around 20-30 Hz, where the gas absorption is 20-30% higher. Mass transfer coefficients obtained with five tubes agree well with those obtained with single tube. Two-dimensional numerical simulations have also been conducted for gas absorption by wavy film and the enhancement mechanism of the gas absorption is discussed. 展开更多
