目的:建立十八味诃子利尿丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:Hypersil-ODS2 C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,采用RP-HPLC法,甲醇-水-三乙胺-冰乙酸(40:60:0.2:0.2)(1:1HCl调pH为4)为流动相,检测波长:346nm,流速:1ml/min。结果:在... 目的:建立十八味诃子利尿丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:Hypersil-ODS2 C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,采用RP-HPLC法,甲醇-水-三乙胺-冰乙酸(40:60:0.2:0.2)(1:1HCl调pH为4)为流动相,检测波长:346nm,流速:1ml/min。结果:在此色谱试验条件下,盐酸小檗碱在0.036μg~0.182μg范围内呈良好的线性,平均加样回收率为97.45%,RSD=0.9%(n=9)。结论:方法简单,准确,灵敏,能有效控制其质量。 展开更多

Twenty-seven flavonoids, including 10 isoflavones, 9 flavanones, 3 dihydrochalcones, 3 flavonols and 2 flavans, were isolated from the whole plant of Tibetan medicine Oxytropis falcate Bunge. Structure elucidation was conducted by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including MS, NMR and CD spectra. Twelve compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, among which 10 compounds were obtained from the genus of Oxytropis for the first time. 展开更多
