目的:观察桂枝附子汤治疗神经根型颈椎病(太阳病阳虚表证)的临床疗效。方法:按随机对照设计,将符合纳入标准的60例患者均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用桂枝附子汤,对照组服用塞来昔布胶囊联合甲钴胺片,以临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(V... 目的:观察桂枝附子汤治疗神经根型颈椎病(太阳病阳虚表证)的临床疗效。方法:按随机对照设计,将符合纳入标准的60例患者均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用桂枝附子汤,对照组服用塞来昔布胶囊联合甲钴胺片,以临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、症状和体征(颈椎疼痛、肢体麻木、颈项活动)评分及颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI),分别在治疗前、治疗后2周、治疗后3个月末次随访进行评定。结果:治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在VAS评分、症状和体征评分、NDI评分与治疗前比较均有改善,并且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝附子汤对神经根型颈椎病(太阳病阳虚表证)疗效显著,可以改善神经根型颈椎病在颈、项、肩、上肢等部位出现的僵硬、活动受限、怕冷、困重、乏力、疼痛、麻木等症状,安全有效,值得推广应用。 展开更多

A series of slow drain current recovery transients at different gate biases after a short-term stress are observed in an AIGaN/GaN HEMT. As the variation of the time constants of the transients is small, the working trap is determined to be electronic. A numerical simulation verifies this conclusion and reproduces the measured transients. The electron traps at different spatial positions in the device-on the ungated surface of the AIGaN layer,in the AIGaN barrier, and in the GaN layer are considered;corresponding behaviors in the stress and the transients are discussed;and for the simulated transients, agreement with and deviation from the measured transients are explained. Based on this discussion, we suggest that the measured transients are caused by the combined effects of a deep surface trap and a bulk trap in the GaN layer. 展开更多

On account of the multiformity of MEMS devices, it is necessary to integrate with some optical measurement techniques for meeting static and dynamic unit test requirements. In this paper, an automated MEMS test system is built of some commercially available components and instruments based on virtual instrument technology. The system is integrated with stroboscopic imaging, computer micro-vision, microscopic Mirau phase shifting interferometry, and laser Doppler vibrometer, and is used for the measurement of full-view in-plane and out-of-plane geometric parameters and periodical motions and single spot out-of-plane transient motion. The system configuration and measurement methods are analyzed, and some applications of the measurement of in-plane and out-of-plane dimensions and motions were described. The measurement accuracy of in-plane dimensions and out-of-plane dimensional is better than 0.2 um and 5 nm respectively. The resolution of measuring in-plane and out-of-plane motions is better than 15 nm and 2 nm respectively. 展开更多

In conventional seismic exploration,complex overburden prevents us from imaging the deeper underground structure,because near-surface velocity model cannot be efficiently simplified and accurately established. The virtual source method provides a promising solution,which images below a complex overburden without the knowledge of overburden velocities and near-surface changes. In this paper,the authors simulate the forward modeling under complex overburden with sources on the surface and receivers in the horizontal well,and reset the real sources into the horizontal well using the virtual source method,which subtly avoid the distortion effects of the complex overburden. Finally the underground structure can be imaged using Kirchhoff migration,so the feasibility and advantages of the virtual source method are verified. 展开更多

Objective To identify differentially expressed proteins in the hippocampus of rats after chronic immobilization stress(CIS)using a proteomics approach,and to study the effect of the Xiao Yao San(XYS)decoction on differentially expressed proteins.Methods Twenty-four Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to one of four groups of equal body weight:control(non-stress),7-day stress,21-day stress and21-day stress+XYS treatment groups.Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE)was used to detect differences in protein expression in rat hippocampus.One differentially expressed protein was measured and verified by western blotting.Results Seventeen proteins showed differential expression.Among these,eight could be identified:glial fibrillary acidic protein-2(GFAP-2),tubulin alpha-1c,cytoplasmic muscle actin2,14-3-3protein,β-2a tubulin,phosphatidylethanolamine binding protein,synucleinαsyn3,and a low molecular weight(18kD)protein.Six of these proteins exhibited increased expression,one showed decreased expression,and the other protein,which comprised five subtypes,were either increased or decreased.These proteins are known to be involved in immunity,signal transduction,cell cycle control,apoptosis,regulation of enzyme activity,cytoskeleton structure,and synaptic plasticity.GFAP-2was further analyzed,and its differential expression confirmed by western blotting.Conclusion Some proteins are differentially expressed in the hippocampus of rats under chronic stress.The biological functions of these differentially expressed proteins are varied.Finally,the XYS decoction can significantly up-or down-regulate these protein expression levels. 展开更多

RES (renewable energy sources), such as wind and photovoltaic power plants, suffer from their stochastic nature that is why their behavior on market is very delicate. In order to diversify risk, a concept of VPP (virtual power plant) has been developed. The VPP is composed of several RES, from which at least one of them is fully controllable. Because the production of noncontrollable RES can not be forecasted perfectly, therefore an optimal dispatch schedule within VPP is needed. To address this problem, an APSO (accelerated particle swarm optimization) is used to solve the constrained optimal dispatch problem within VPP. The experimental results show that the proposed optimization method provides high quality solutions while meeting constraints. 展开更多

Female character in video games is the one of the most controversial topic in game studies and nowadays women's anthropology. From the beginning of role in games' plot to sexualized graphical representation, woman in virtual world were (and sometimes still are) a point of discussion about characters sexualisation and role of female sex in virtual industry. The main aim of this paper is to present analysis of female representation in video games and how in last 30 years it has changed. In other words, how female characters were ennobled from sex object to main protagonist status. In presented research, there were used mostly the examples of popular video games with extended plot and world which can be explored by protagonists. Video game historiography, textual analysis (which helped to treat video game character as a protagonist), and thematic analysis of video games were used as a main research method. The main conclusion of this paper is that female characters can overcome all gender or sexual stereotypes and even eventually became an icon of popular culture 展开更多

The salinity boundary condition at the ocean surface plays an important role in the stability of long-term integrations of an oceanic general circulation model (OGCM) and in determining its equilibrium solutions. This study presents a new formulation of the salt flux calculation at the ocean surface based on physical processes of salt exchange at the air-sea interface. The formulation improves the commonly used virtual salt flux with constant reference salinity by allowing for spatial correlations between surface freshwater flux and sea-surface salinity while preserving the conservation of global salinity. The new boundary condition is implemented in the latest version of the National Key Laboratory of NumericaI Modeling for Atmospheric Sciences and Geophysical Fluid Dynamics/Institute of Atmospheric Physics Climate Ocean Model version 2 (LICOM2.0). The impact of the new boundary condition on the equilibrium simulations of the model is presented. It is shown that the new formulation leads to a stronger Atlantic meridional overturning circulation (AMOC) that is closer to observational estimates. It also slightly improves poleward heat transport by the oceans in both the Atlantic and the global oceans. 展开更多
