In the new method, the base classifiers operate on different feature spaces and their types depend on different measures of between-class separability. The uncertainty measures corresponding to each output of each base classifier are induced from the established decision tables (DTs) in the form of mass function in the Dempster-Shafer theory (DST). Furthermore, an effective fusion framework is built at the feature-decision level on the basis of a generalized rough set model and the DST. The experiment for the classification of hyperspectral remote sensing images shows that the performance of the classification can be improved by the proposed method compared with that of plurality voting (PV).展开更多
Objective: To establish and optimize an enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) program, for the classic posterior lumbar decompression and fusion (PLDF).Methods: 1.An ERAS for PLDF procedure during the perioperative p...Objective: To establish and optimize an enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) program, for the classic posterior lumbar decompression and fusion (PLDF).Methods: 1.An ERAS for PLDF procedure during the perioperative period had been designed. 2.A total of 155 patients (73 in the ERAS group and 82 in the traditional health care group) were analyzed, and their clinical outcomes were compared. The evaluation indexes included physiological function, postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS), pain score, postoperative complications. Results: ERAS significantly promoted early food-taking (7.93±2.15h vs 24.54 ± 5.72h, P < 0.00), early catheter removal (36.31 ± 8.42h vs 71.48 ± 13.75h, P < 0.00), early defecation (3.80 ± 1.3 days vs 5.3±1.41 days, P < 0.00);reduced the incidence of urinary tract infection (2.7% vs 9.7% P = 0.01) and shorter hospital stay (3.80 ± 1.04 days vs 7.29±1.62 days, P < 0.00), while no difference between the two groups in vomiting, lung infection, wound bleeding and infection. Conclusion: ERAS for PLDF can facilitate the recovery of physiological function, reduce postoperative pain, reduce operative complications and morbidity after surgery and contribute to a shorter hospital stay. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) was performed in four HAS cases, and expectant treatment in other five HAS cases, percutaneous transhepatic bile drainage, balloon dilation, stent placement were performed in all nine cases.RESULTS: Diffuse intra- and extra-bile duct stricture was observed in nine cases, which was associated with bile mud siltation and biliary infection. Obstruction of the bile duct was improved obviously or removed. Life span/ follow-up period was 13-30 mo after PTA of four HAS cases, 6-23 mo without PTA of other five cases.CONCLUSION: Progressive, non-anastomosis, and diffuse bile duct stricture are the characteristic manifestations of HAS and non-anastomosis bile duct stricture after OLT. These are often associated with bile mud siltation, biliary infection, and ultimate liver failure. Interventional therapy is significantly beneficial.展开更多

The manifold physical signals including micro resistance,infrared thermal signal and acoustic emission signal in the tensile test for double-material friction welding normative samples were monitored and collected dyn...The manifold physical signals including micro resistance,infrared thermal signal and acoustic emission signal in the tensile test for double-material friction welding normative samples were monitored and collected dynamically by TH2512 micro resistance measuring apparatus,flir infrared thermal camera and acoustic emission equipment which possesses 18 bit PCI-2 data acquisition board.Applied acoustic emission and thermal infrared NDT(non-destructive testing) means were used to verify the feasibility of using resistance method and to monitor dynamic damage of the samples.The research of the dynamic monitoring system was carried out with multi-information fusion including resistance,infrared and acoustic emission.The results show that the resistance signal,infrared signal and acoustic emission signal collected synchronously in the injury process of samples have a good mapping.Electrical,thermal and acoustic signals can more accurately capture initiation and development of micro-defects in the sample.Using dynamic micro-resistance method to monitor damage is possible.The method of multi-information fusion monitoring damage possesses higher reliability,which makes the establishing of health condition diagnosing and early warning platform with multiple physical information monitoring possible.展开更多
