高校“融资助”育人模式的实践与探索

近年来,随着我国教育事业的飞速发展,人们可以享受更加优质且广泛的教育资源,高等教育步入了一个全新的发展阶段。在高校人才培养的过程中,相关资助政策也是影响人才全面发展的关键要素之一,传统单一化的资助方式已经难以满足育人的需求,面临着严峻的挑战。为了进一步将资助育人的作用发挥出来,促进教育的公平公正,高校需要转变过去传统的资助模式与观念,创新探索“融资助”的育人模式,提升育人的效果、完善育人的机制,为学生成长奠定良好的基础。基于此,本文分析了目前高校资助育人模式存在的问题,并提出“融资助”育人的创新实践路径,以为相关教育工作者提供可参考的建议。

Research on the Relationship Between Financial Redundancy, Financing Constraints and Investment Efficiency in Manufacturing Listed Companies

Investment helps companies achieve innovation. Efficient investments often do more with less. Manufacturing enterprises should pay more attention to the issue of investment efficiency, seize investment opportunities and achieve efficient investment. Due to the continuous increase of borrowing costs in the financial markets, enterprises are getting more and more difficult to raise funds from the outside, so more and more enterprises are turning their attention to the financially redundant resources within the enterprises. Making good use of financially redundant resources will help enterprises solve the financing difficulties and enable them to have sufficient funds for investment activities and lay the foundation for sustainable development.
