椎体间自体螺旋柱状植骨融合术

目的 :提高椎体间融合的成功率 ,减少植骨块移位、塌陷造成的并发生症。方法 :设计了一套特殊器械 ,从髂骨上取出圆柱状骨块并用螺纹成形器制成螺纹柱状骨块。在融合区减压孔内用攻丝器制出内螺纹 ,用叉持器将螺纹柱状骨块旋拧入融合区 ... 目的 :提高椎体间融合的成功率 ,减少植骨块移位、塌陷造成的并发生症。方法 :设计了一套特殊器械 ,从髂骨上取出圆柱状骨块并用螺纹成形器制成螺纹柱状骨块。在融合区减压孔内用攻丝器制出内螺纹 ,用叉持器将螺纹柱状骨块旋拧入融合区 ,完成融合术。结果 :从 1995年至 2 0 0 2年 ,用此方法完成颈椎椎体融合术 33例 ,腰椎椎体间融合术 15例 ,全部融合成功。结论 :螺旋柱状骨块较其他形状的骨块有明显的优点 ,可提供稳定的椎体间融合 ,避免因骨块移位而产生的各种并发症 ,还由于螺旋柱状块增大了表面积 ,可增加抗压强度 。 展开更多

目的和方法利用细菌培养、电镜观察和聚合酶链反应等方法对幽门螺杆菌(HelicobacterpyloriHp)的二种形态(螺旋状体和圆球体)尤其是圆球体的细菌学、形态学和遗传学等进行研究。结果随着培养时间的延长,螺旋状... 目的和方法利用细菌培养、电镜观察和聚合酶链反应等方法对幽门螺杆菌(HelicobacterpyloriHp)的二种形态(螺旋状体和圆球体)尤其是圆球体的细菌学、形态学和遗传学等进行研究。结果随着培养时间的延长,螺旋状体逐渐转换为圆球体。部分圆球体系退行性变;而一部分圆球体具有完整的细胞膜并有完好的鞭毛,这部分Hp圆球体可能具有活性。Hp螺旋状体和圆球体都分泌过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶及酸性磷酸酶,PCR法提示Hp圆球体仍然保留螺旋状体所具有的重要基因如尿素酶C基因及Hp种属特异性26kD蛋白基因。结论本研究支持至少部分Hp圆球体可能具有活性但体外不能培养这一假说。 展开更多

A brilliant purple octahedral single crystal is hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of CoCl26H2O, H3BO3 and H3PO4 in NaOH aqueous solution of CH3(CH2)15N(CH3)3Br, and its crystal structure has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound, NaCo(H2O)2BP2O8稨2O (Mr = 336.72), belongs to hexagonal, space group P6122 with a = 9.447(5), c = 15.83(1) , V = 1223(1) 3, Dc = 2.742 g/cm3, Z = 6, F(000) = 1002 and m = 2.606 mm-1. The three-dimensional framework in the compound is built up from the linkage tetrahedral ribbons, in which the BO4 and PO4 tetrahedra alternate with CoO6 octahedra. The sodium ions and water molecules are located within the free thread of the helical ribbons. 展开更多

The amplified DNA seq... Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the presence of Barrelia burgdoferi DNA in biological samples from patients with sarcoidosis. The target DNA sequence was of chromosomal origin. The amplified DNA sequence was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis, PAGE with silver staining, and the identity of amplified DNA was confirmed by restriction enzyme cleavage and DNA-DNA hybridization with a 32P-labelled probe. The assay was sensitive to fewer than two copies of B. burgdorferi genome, even in the presence of a 104-fold excess of human eukaryotic DNA , and was also specific to different B. burgdorferi strains tested. Sera serologically positive to B. burgdcrferi (n=26), bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and supernatant of BALF (n=26) and peripheral blood (n=9) from sarcoidosis patients were tested. The positive rate was low (4/26, 2/26. and 0/9, respectively). It was considered that DNA from B. burgdor ferimay be identified in a minority of patients with sarcoidosis, and it may play a pathogenetic role in such cases. More studies need to be done before advancing the hypothesis of an etiologic role of B. burgdorferi in sarcoidosis. 展开更多

To investigate the correlation between sarcoidosis and Borrelia burgdorferi (Bb ) infection , flagella DNA of Bb were detected in 23 granulomatous tissue specimens from patients with confirmed sarcoidosis using polymerase chain reaction in siju technique (in situ PCR) and the antibodies to Bb were examined in 55 serum samples obtained from the patients by indirect immunoflurescence assays. Our data presented that:(1) None of granulomatous tissues was found to have Bb DNA in 23 tissue samples. (2) Thirty of 55 (54. 6% ) patients with sarcoidosis were found antibodies to Bb positive ,in contrast ,six of 60 (10%) normal subjects had antibodies against Bb ,the positive rate was remarkably higher in patient group than that in healthy group (P<0. 005) . The results suggest that Bb might not be the causative agent of sarcoidosis.the elevated titres of serum antibodies against Bb in patients with sarcoidosis is a nonspecific response. 展开更多

目的对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的两种形态进行研究。方法采用细菌培养、电镜观察及PCR扩增的DNA多形性印迹分析等技术,观察幽门螺杆菌二种形态的转变。结果随着培养时间的延长,Hp逐渐由螺旋状体转变为圆球体。发生L型变异圆球体... 目的对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的两种形态进行研究。方法采用细菌培养、电镜观察及PCR扩增的DNA多形性印迹分析等技术,观察幽门螺杆菌二种形态的转变。结果随着培养时间的延长,Hp逐渐由螺旋状体转变为圆球体。发生L型变异圆球体可分为二类,一类具有鞭毛且细胞膜完整,这一类圆球体可能具有活性;另一类圆球体系退行性变。Hp圆球体与螺旋状体的DNA谱十分相似,并且两者都分泌过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶及酸性磷酸酶。结论Hp圆球体仍具有螺旋状体的诸多生物学共性,至少部分圆球体可能具有活性。因而,在Hp的传播及相关疾病的治疗复发过程中起重要作用。 展开更多
