以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为原料、钛酸四丁酯为Ti源,合成了螺环型硅钛树脂。采用FT-IR(红外光谱)法、1H-NMR(核磁共振氢谱)法、GPC(凝胶渗透色谱)法、元素分析法和TGA(热失重分析)法等对产物的结构和性能进行了表征,并探讨了反应时间对... 以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为原料、钛酸四丁酯为Ti源,合成了螺环型硅钛树脂。采用FT-IR(红外光谱)法、1H-NMR(核磁共振氢谱)法、GPC(凝胶渗透色谱)法、元素分析法和TGA(热失重分析)法等对产物的结构和性能进行了表征,并探讨了反应时间对反应进程的影响。研究结果表明:螺环型硅钛树脂的初始分解温度为300℃,800℃时的残炭率为27%左右,说明该硅钛树脂的热稳定性较好;聚合物在不同温度热解时,其热解速率在热解时间为5~20 min时相对最大,400℃之后热失重现象明显减弱且失重率较小;合成硅钛树脂的聚合速率很大,并且主要的聚合反应是环聚反应。 展开更多

为了提高沿面型介质阻挡放电反应器的放电性能及臭氧产量,以螺环型沿面放电作为研究对象,探讨了不同外加条件、电极结构对沿面放电功率和臭氧产量的影响,并通过分析不同条件下的Lissajous图形探讨了各项因素的影响程度。实验测试了5种... 为了提高沿面型介质阻挡放电反应器的放电性能及臭氧产量,以螺环型沿面放电作为研究对象,探讨了不同外加条件、电极结构对沿面放电功率和臭氧产量的影响,并通过分析不同条件下的Lissajous图形探讨了各项因素的影响程度。实验测试了5种不同管径d的反应器,其d分别为7.5、16.7、24.7、35.0、56.0 mm。实验结果表明:外加电压U相同时,采用50 Hz工频电源,管径d为56.0 mm时的放电功率P最大为43.3 W,臭氧产量Q也达到最大值753.0 mg/h;而单位体积的放电功率PV及单位体积的臭氧产量QV的考察结果与之相反,在d为7.5mm时取得最大值;单位功率臭氧产量QW则是在d为16.7 mm时存在一个最佳值;随着高压弹簧电极线径l和螺距s的增大,相应的P和Q也有不同程度的增加,但其影响都不是单方面的;沿面放电中d是对P和Q影响最大的因素,壁厚d′次之,l与s影响最小。Lissajous图形的分析结果也表明:d的变化对气隙等效电容有更大的影响,因此其对P的影响也最大。 展开更多

This paper describes a new model for obtaining analytical solutions of peristaltic flow through eccentric annuli. A mathematical model of peristaltic pumping of a fluid mixture (as blood model) in a circular eccentric cylinders is presented and it is motivated due to the fact that thread injection is a promising method for placing medical implants within the human body with minimum surgical trauma. For the eccentric annuli, the inner cylinder is rigid and moving with a constant velocity V, and the outer one is hollow flexible cylinder that has a sinusoidal wave traveling down its wall. The coupled differential equations for both the fluid and the particle phases have been solved by using two methods and the expressions for the velocity distribution of fluid and particle phase, flow rate, pressure drop, friction forces at the inner and outer cylinders have been derived. The results obtained are discussed in brief. The significance of the particle concentration and the eccentricity parameter as well as the nature of the basic flow has been well explained. 展开更多

In response to various environmental factors in offshore South China Sea,a group of microstructures of the screw dislocation are assembled in multiphase screw dislocations on the surface of the nacreous layer of Pteria penguin from the coastal waters of Hainan Island,China.The results of the transmission and scanning electronic microscope testing show that organic matter periodically secreted by epithelial histology of mantle of Pteria penguin pre-forms the original screw dislocation growth tem-plate in the form of film,along with its function to select,identify,and adhere to the amorphous calcium carbonate particles as the fine organic venations diffused in the epitaxial screw growth area.With the inducement and screw modulation of the or-ganic film and venations,the amorphous calcium carbonate particles gradually evolve into the pseudohexagonal self.aragonite microsheet with long-range order and screw dislocation structure by location-selecting tropism and screw dislocation growth.Numerous micron-scale aragonite microsheets join in the cluster's interactive movement and screw dislocation self-assembly of the organic film,stacking forward along the axis C spirally and forming the nacreous layer with screw dislocation structure. 展开更多
