EMP复合材料轴瓦的蠕变计算

基于微观力学理论,建立了EMP复合材料轴瓦的蠕变柔量理论计算模型,并将计算值与试验数据进行了比较,两者具有较好的一致性,证明所建立的EMP复合材料轴瓦的蠕变柔量理论计算模型是可行的,具有工程应用价值。

为研究钢-竹组合箱形柱的蠕变性能,以试验方式制作了8个组合试件,试件主要以截面尺寸、荷载水平以及有无螺钉为主要蠕变影响因素,进行长期加载试验,目的是观测组合柱在长期荷载作用下的位移、温度以及湿度变化,得出组合柱的位移变化曲... 为研究钢-竹组合箱形柱的蠕变性能,以试验方式制作了8个组合试件,试件主要以截面尺寸、荷载水平以及有无螺钉为主要蠕变影响因素,进行长期加载试验,目的是观测组合柱在长期荷载作用下的位移、温度以及湿度变化,得出组合柱的位移变化曲线、温湿度变化曲线以及蠕变系数,并在实验基础上进行组合柱蠕变理论分析。最终实验结果得出对钢-竹组合箱型柱的蠕变有明显影响因素是截面尺寸以及荷载水平,是否打螺钉并不影响组合柱的蠕变性能,且理论上蠕变变形占初始变形的比例并不高,并不影响组合柱的正常使用。 展开更多

沥青混合料等应变率压缩试验的时间依赖性模型

为描述沥青混合料在受力状态下的时间依赖性行为,以等应变率压缩试验曲线特点为依据,建立沥青混合料的可变量本构模型,并推导出不同加载条件下本构方程表达式.通过有效的数值拟合方法获取沥青混合料的本构模型参数,将该模型与三轴等应... 为描述沥青混合料在受力状态下的时间依赖性行为,以等应变率压缩试验曲线特点为依据,建立沥青混合料的可变量本构模型,并推导出不同加载条件下本构方程表达式.通过有效的数值拟合方法获取沥青混合料的本构模型参数,将该模型与三轴等应变率压缩试验曲线进行对比,两者吻合较好,表明可变量本构模型能较好地描述沥青混合料与时间依赖行为,对破坏失效后材料的力学行为曲线有较好地表述.利用拟合参数计算蠕变曲线,其计算蠕变曲线能成功地描述蠕变的第二、三阶段,曲线特点与应力、温度等条件相关,在高温度和高应力条件时达到一定应变条件时所需时间较短,同时稳定期随温度和应力的增加所经历的时间逐渐减少. 展开更多

Triaxial creep tests on CCG specimens were systematically performed using aself-made creep seepage experimental apparatus for determining the creep law of CCG.An improved triaxial creep model of CCG was established on the basis of a Nishiharamodel and another visco-elasto-plastic model,parameters of which were fitted on test data.Furthermore,the creep model is validated according to the result of triaxial creep experiments,and the outcome shows that the proposed triaxial creep model can properly characterizethe properties of various creep deformation phases of CCG,especially the acceleratingcreep phase.At the same time,the instability conditions of CCG were presentedbased on the discussion of the improved model's stability in terms of stability theories ofdifferential equation solution. 展开更多

Surface strain fields of the designed compact tension(CT)specimens were investigated by digital image correlation(DIC)method.An integrative computer program was developed based on DIC algorithms to characterize the strain fields accurately and graphically.Strain distribution of the CT specimen was predicted by finite element method(FEM).Good agreement is observed between the surface strain fields measured by DIC and predicted by FEM,which reveals that the proposed method is practical and effective to determine the strain fields of CT specimens.Moreover,strain fields of the CT specimens with various compressive loads and notch diameters were studied by DIC.The experimental results can provide effective reference to usage of CT specimens in triaxial creep test by appropriately selecting specimen and experiment parameters. 展开更多

A numerical code called Rock Failure Process Analysis (RFPA2D) was em- ployed to investigate the closure,damage and failure behavior of the horizontal tunnels.In this code the time-dependent deformation was described in terms of evolution of meso- scopic structure,leading to progressive degradation of elastic modulus and failure strength of material.In terms of material degradation,a series of numerical simulations were per- formed to study the convergence and subsequent failure in circular tunnels.The numerical results provide a complete illumination for the closure,damage and failure behavior with different loading conditions.It is shown that the depth and the ratio of far field stresses play an important role in the creep behavior of tunnels.Creep failure is expected to occur in the direction of the smallest far field stress component,which means that rheological failure of tunnels is influenced not only by the rock characteristic around the tunnels but also by the orientation and distribution of far field stress on a global scale. 展开更多

Based on reasonable assumptions that simplified the calculational model,a simple and practical method was proposed to calculate the post-construction settlement of high-speed railway bridge pile foundation by using the Mesri creep model to describe the soil characteristics and the Mindlin-Geddes method considering pile diameter to calculate the vertical additional stress of pile bottom.A program named CPPS was designed for this method to calculate the post-construction settlement of a high-speed railway bridge pile foundation.The result indicates that the post-construction settlement in 100 years meets the requirements of the engineering specifications,and in the first two decades,the post-construction settlement is about 80% of its total settlement,while the settlement in the rest eighty years tends to be stable.Compared with the measured settlement after laying railway tracks,the calculational result is closed to that of the measured,and the results are conservative with a high computational accuracy.It is noted that the method can be used to calculate the post-construction settlement for the preliminary design of high-speed railway bridge pile foundation. 展开更多

In order to investigate the compression creep of two kinds of high-performance concrete mixtures used for prestressed members in a bridge,an experimental test under laboratory conditions was carried out.Based on the experimental results,a power exponent function was used to model the creep degree of these high-performance concretes(HPCs) for structural numerical analysis,and two series parameters of this function for the HPCs were given with the optimum method of evolution program.The experimental data were compared with CEB-FIP 90 and ACI 92 models.Results show that the two code models both overestimate the creep degree of two HPCs,so it is recommended that the power exponent function should be used for the creep analysis of bridge structure. 展开更多

Conventional consolidation tests on reconstituted specimens of numerous natural soft clays show a decreasing of creep index Cae with increasing soil density. Based on all selected and conducted experimental results, a modified creep index Cae* defined in double logarithmic plane lge-lgt, was plotted for various clays, from which Cae* can be assumed as a constant for different soil densities. Then, the modified creep index was applied to a newly developed elastic viscoplastic model. In this way, the modified creep index Ca* can naturally take into account the nonlinear Cae revealing the influence of soil density in the soil assemblies without additional parameters. Finally, the enhanced model was incorporated into the finite element code ABAQUS and used to simulate a consolidation test and a test embankment. The improvement of simulations by the modified creep index was highlighted by comparing simulations using the conventional creep index Cae. 展开更多
