三炭血净饮治疗青春期功血50例

目的 :观察补气、凉血、止血类中药治疗青春期功血的疗效。方法 :5 0例青春期月经延长 ,周期不规则、患者经常规检查 ,排除全身性疾病及生殖器官器质性病变确诊为青春期功血 ,用三炭血净饮 (荆芥炭、灵脂炭、蒲黄炭、白术、黄芪等 )治疗 ,并对治疗结果进行分析。结果 :痊愈 42例 ,好转 6例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为96%。提示 :三炭血净饮治疗青春期功血疗效确切 ,使用方便 。
