Thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1), as an important extracellular matrix component which can influence endothelial cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation, is reported to be a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis in vivo. It will be valuable to use its active peptides or small fragments from TSP-1 in antiangiogenesis therapy.展开更多
