The disease usually has a benign clinical course and over 50% of cases recover spontaneously without specific treatment. The occurrence of life-threatening complications in CMTC is rare. Conclusion:We report a neonate with life-threatening cutismarmorata telangiectatica congenita which was complicated by gangrenous ulceration, bleeding episodes, and hypovolaemic shock.展开更多
