Methods: The clinical data of elderly patients with diabetes hospitalized in the Department of Geriatrics and the Department of Endocrinology from January 2021 to January 2022 were collected. The elderly patients with diabetes who met the inclusion criteria were taken as the experimental objects, the diabetes patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology were taken as the control group (35 cases), and the routine intervention mode was adopted, and the elderly patients with diabetes hospitalized in the Department of Geriatrics were taken as the experimental group (29 cases), and the elderly comprehensive evaluation and intervention were taken to compare the psychological state scores and blood glucose homeostasis of two groups of patients. Result: There was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05) in the psychological state scores and blood glucose indicators between the two groups of patients. Conclusion: Elderly comprehensive evaluation and intervention can effectively improve the clinical intervention effect of elderly patients with diabetes, and it is worth popularizing in clinical intervention.展开更多
目的观察荞麦花叶黄酮(flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf,FBFL)对糖尿病大鼠血糖波动的影响。方法以4-硝基苯-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(PNPG)为底物,测定不同浓度FBFL对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响;用高脂饲料和小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立...目的观察荞麦花叶黄酮(flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf,FBFL)对糖尿病大鼠血糖波动的影响。方法以4-硝基苯-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(PNPG)为底物,测定不同浓度FBFL对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响;用高脂饲料和小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病(T2DM)胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠模型,用不同剂量FBFL干预6周,测定大鼠随机血糖、餐后血糖的动态变化,禁食24 h内血糖波动及糖耐量情况。结果 FBFL对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性有明显的抑制作用,IC50为4.205 mg/L,与阿卡波糖(ACAR)的效价比约为15.24∶1;FBFL能降低糖尿病大鼠随机和餐后血糖值(P<0.05),并改善糖耐量,有明显的剂量和时间依赖性。结论 FBFL可降低糖尿病大鼠随机和餐后血糖值,对血糖波动有稳定作用,其机制可能是通过抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性实现的。展开更多
