目的:探讨铅作业工人血细胞损害的早期指标及其临床意义。方法:将124名铅作业工人分为铅接触正常组、观察对象组、慢性铅中毒组,以无铅接触史的148名健康成人作为对照组。分别测定尿铅(PbU)、血红细胞锌原卟啉(ZPP)、尿δ-氨基乙酰丙酸(... 目的:探讨铅作业工人血细胞损害的早期指标及其临床意义。方法:将124名铅作业工人分为铅接触正常组、观察对象组、慢性铅中毒组,以无铅接触史的148名健康成人作为对照组。分别测定尿铅(PbU)、血红细胞锌原卟啉(ZPP)、尿δ-氨基乙酰丙酸(δ-ALA)、血红蛋白含量(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、红细胞比积(Hct)、红细胞平均容量(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)。结果:铅作业工人PbU、ZPP、δ-ALA、RBC、Hct、均显著高于对照组,MCH、MCHC显著低于对照组;而MCV虽高于对照组,Hb虽低于对照组,但差别无显著性。结论:长期职业性铅接触可造成铁幼红细胞性贫血,血Hct、MCH、MCHC可作为铅中毒血细胞损害早期敏感的监测指标。 展开更多

Objective: To study the effects of platelet activation and endothelial cell injury on the patients with malignant tumor and their prognoses.Methods: Radioimmunity and ELISA methods were employed to detect the TXB2, GMP-140, vWF, cGMP and FN in 78 cases of malignant tumor and 40 healthy control persons.Results: The levels of TXB2, MP-140 and cGMP were increased in intestinal cancer group, lung cancer group and hepatic cancer group, while FN decreased in intestinal cancer and lung cancer group. cGMP was positively related to TXB2, GMP-140, vWF in malignant tumor group. FN was decreased in the group complicated with infection and the group with metastasis, while the other indexes increased. GMP-140, vWF and cGMP was decreased after operation except for the increasing of FN.Conclusion: Activations of platelet and injury of endothelial cells developed in patients with malignant tumor, and both of them affected the metastasis and prognosis of malignant tumor.
