This factor affects the business in various ways. The factor which affects the business is clients, suppliers, distributors and so on. These all components are isolated from two sections full-scale environment and miniaturized scale environment. Macro perspective environment components are those external variables which are past the association's control. The problem of this study is guaranteeing a supportable evolvement of human presence in its social, ecological, and monetary measurement. So, we have to adapt test in order to outfit toward manageability. As for the method used in this study, it depends on using empirical framework to meet the interest of capital and buyer, in addition to supporting human presence in its social, ecological, monetary measurement. The paper is organised as following sections: first section is the introduction, second section is the literature review, the third section includes the research method, fourth one discusses the analysis, while the conclusion is in the fifth section. 展开更多

In the development of a project, there are many constraints, which often end up in problems such as waste materials, generating waste affecting the environment and also resulting in high costs oftbe work that could be avoided. Then came the concept of BIM (building information modeling) defined by a digital model consists of a database, allowing the development of projects with various professionals working in an integrated manner, being able to support all aspects of the life cycle of the project. Therefore, from the research information on the implementation of BIM methodology, it was possible to propose new ways of thinking and designing buildings, contributing to the completion of research in the management of projects and sustainability areas relevant to the development of engineering. 展开更多

There is little academic literature on Estonia... This paper details the prospects for a civil nuclear power station in Estonia. Due to its climate change commitments, Estonia needs a new source of electricity provision. There is little academic literature on Estonia, and this research builds upon previous work but is more detailed in its analysis with primary data included in the form of interviews with Estonian energy industry experts. All the conditions that have led to nuclear energy being considered as an option are assessed, along with why it represents the most strategic path for Estonia in terms of electricity provision. Through the interview analysis a framework is established and advanced for the successful initiation of a national nuclear power plant project. This research is therefore of high value for small EU countries who intend to consider nuclear energy as an option in their energy mix or have more advanced plans to develop a nuclear program. 展开更多

Academia-Forest Machine Industry Collaboration in Sustainable Energy Production: A Literature Review

In this literature review, the Academia, a forest machine industry collaboration is considered, which has been a cornerstone of innovation for sustainable energy production in the Finnish forest sector. The approach has been a significant means of achieving economic growth to Joensuu, an East Finnish university town of almost 73,500 inhabitants that is located near the Finland-Russia border and approximately 430 kilometers from Finland's capital city, Helsinki. Over 70% of the world's high-tech forest harvesters are made in Eastern Finland for energy wood harvesting of renewable forests. Annually, over 1,000 harvesters are manufactured in John Deere's machine factory in Joensuu. The amount comprises one third of the total amount of known annual harvester manufacture. A harvester costs from 300,000 euros to 400,000 euros. Therefore, the collaborators, regard the activities as significant green business turnover to the region and Joensuu is now a globally recognized brand among wood procurement professionals. Additionally, the Joensuu region is the Finnish center of the Nordic forest machine cluster and education. In this paper, the author will present two examples of fruitful development projects for energy wood harvesting in sustainable energy production. 展开更多
