目的:探讨学前儿童行为发展水平与脑运动中枢发育之间关联性。方法:在多中心幼儿机构分别随机抽取4组共46名儿童纳入研究对象,编制《学前儿童行为发展测量量表》,由监护人和教师对研究对象的行为发展评分并计算儿童行为发展水平指数(与... 目的:探讨学前儿童行为发展水平与脑运动中枢发育之间关联性。方法:在多中心幼儿机构分别随机抽取4组共46名儿童纳入研究对象,编制《学前儿童行为发展测量量表》,由监护人和教师对研究对象的行为发展评分并计算儿童行为发展水平指数(与年满6周岁儿童行为发展水平比较)。研究对象均接受颅脑磁共振功能成像,分别测量行为中枢及其密切相关脑区的神经纤维束等量化测量资料。结果:学前儿童的行为发展水平指数随着年龄增长而逐渐提高(攻击性行为例外)(P<0.01),脑白质纤维束弥散张量成像(DTI)显示大龄儿童皮质脊髓束较小年龄组发育更为充分,且多参数的变化规律为FA值与年龄呈正相关(P<0.01)、平均表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值与年龄呈负相关(P<0.01);各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy,FA)值作为对儿童行为能力的"客观数据",在一定程度上可以用于对儿童行为能力异常的判断参考。结论:儿童行为发展水平与大脑运动中枢的发育成熟程度呈正相关,较高的行为发展水平与脑白质神经纤维结构的发育成熟密切关联。 展开更多

The flow pattern behaviour of falling liquid film over three horizontal cylinders was evaluated.These flows can take three forms:discrete droplets,individual jets,and continuous sheet,and special attention is paid to the effects of the physical properties and geometrical parameters of the first two forms(droplets and jets) because these forms are more important in heat-transfer behaviour and less research has been published for these forms,The flow modes and experimental results were successfully compared with previous experimental literatures,and also the effects of liquid flow rate,tube diameter,and tube spacing on departure site spacing,in both drop and jet modes,were evaluated in the low Galileo number and high viscosity fluid(cooking oil),to help developing criteria for determining falling film modes and their transitions,and to understand the heat transfer characteristics associated with each mode. 展开更多
