These slums represent a fertile environment for diseases caused by pollution in all its forms and are subject to crimes, rape and theft. There is a huge difference in the state of conditions when comparing the formally planned areas to the informally planned ones. People living in the formally planned settlements, like Nasr City, and in informal ones, like Ezbet El-Haggana, are similar to the kings and queens and slaves of legends. This paper tries to find solutions to the problem of slums and random areas.展开更多

Major advances in the last decade have led to an improved understanding of the various types of cystic lesions and their biologic behavior. Despite signifi cant improvements in imaging technology and the advent of endoscopic-ultrasound (EUS)-guided fineneedle aspiration, the diagnosis and management of pancreatic cystic lesions remains a significant clinical challenge. The fi rst diagnostic step is to differentiate between pancreatic pseudocyst and cystic neoplasm. If a pseudocyst has been effectively excluded, the cornerstone issue is then to determine the malignant potential of the pancreatic cystic neoplasm. In the majority of cases, the correct diagnosis and successful management is based not on a single test but on incorporating data from various sources including patient history, radiologic studies, endoscopic evaluation, and cyst fluid analysis. This review will focus on describing the various types of cystic neoplasms of the pancreas, their malignant potential, and will provide the clinician with a comprehensive diagnostic approach.展开更多

By considering how malware behaves, we can tackle the malware obfuscation problem, which cannot be processed by traditional static analysis approaches, and we can also derive the as-built behavior specifications and cover the entire behavior space of the malware samples. Although there have been several works focusing on malware behavior analysis, such research is far from mature, and no overviews have been put forward to date to investigate current developments and challenges. In this paper, we conduct a survey on malware behavior description and analysis considering three aspects: malware behavior description, behavior analysis methods, and visualization techniques. First, existing behavior data types and emerging techniques for malware behavior description are explored, especially the goals, prin- ciples, characteristics, and classifications of behavior analysis techniques proposed in the existing approaches. Second, the in- adequacies and challenges in malware behavior analysis are summarized from different perspectives. Finally, several possible directions are discussed for future research.展开更多
