目的调查放疗科医师对接受放疗的子宫颈癌患者性生活的指导及态度。方法通过问卷调查了解186名放疗科医师对接受盆腔放疗的子宫颈癌患者性生活的态度以及指导情况。结果 120名放疗科医师完成这项调查,101名(84.2%)被询问有关性生活方面... 目的调查放疗科医师对接受放疗的子宫颈癌患者性生活的指导及态度。方法通过问卷调查了解186名放疗科医师对接受盆腔放疗的子宫颈癌患者性生活的态度以及指导情况。结果 120名放疗科医师完成这项调查,101名(84.2%)被询问有关性生活方面的问题,其中29名(24.2%)被>10%接受过盆腔放疗的患者或家属咨询。与没有接受过咨询的放疗科医师比较,接受过咨询的医师更认为放疗科医师应当处理盆腔放疗患者性生活问题(88.1%vs 68.4%,P=0.025),并且不同意性生活是私密且不应该干涉(66.2%vs 44.5%,P=0.040)。5名(4.2%)放疗科医师接受过指导子宫颈癌盆腔放疗患者性生活的训练。认为医师应当处理患者性生活相关问题的医师更多被接受放疗的子宫颈癌患者或家属咨询性问题(P=0.023)。结论曾接受性咨询影响放疗科医师对子宫颈癌盆腔放疗患者性问题的态度和指导,放疗科医师应当积极处理患者性问题,并接受专业训练。 展开更多

力竭性游泳运动对大鼠肾脏功能的损伤 被引量:11

目的:观察大鼠无负重力竭游泳后肾脏组织匀浆丙二醛含量、游离巯基含量和钠钾泵腺苷三磷酸酶活性的变化。方法:实验于2001-03/05在华东师范大学体育与健康学院实验室完成。选取清洁级雄性SD大白鼠30只,随机分为4组:正常对照组7只,运动... 目的:观察大鼠无负重力竭游泳后肾脏组织匀浆丙二醛含量、游离巯基含量和钠钾泵腺苷三磷酸酶活性的变化。方法:实验于2001-03/05在华东师范大学体育与健康学院实验室完成。选取清洁级雄性SD大白鼠30只,随机分为4组:正常对照组7只,运动后即刻组7只,运动后1h组8只,运动后24h组8只。①运动后即刻组、运动后1h组、运动后24h组大鼠在玻璃泳池中做无负重的力竭游泳,一般3.5~4.0h。泳池规格1.0m×0.5m×0.5m,水深0.4m,水温32℃。力竭标准为动物下沉后10s不露出水面。正常对照组大鼠不进行任何运动,仅常规饲养。②各组分别于运动后各时相点活杀取材,进行肾脏组织丙二醛含量、游离巯基含量及钠钾泵腺苷三磷酸酶活性的测定。结果:实验选取清洁级雄性SD大鼠30只,全部进入结果分析。力竭游泳后各组大鼠肾脏组织丙二醛含量、游离巯基含量及钠钾泵腺苷三磷酸酶活性的变化:与正常对照组比较,各运动组肾脏组织丙二醛含量均明显升高,且运动后1,24h组尤为显著(P<0.01或0.05);各运动组游离巯基含量、钠钾泵腺苷三磷酸酶活性均明显降低,且运动后1,24h组尤为显著(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:大鼠力竭性游泳运动可导致肾组织匀浆脂质过氧化水平提高,巯基含量下降,钠钾泵腺苷三磷酸酶活性降低,这些可能是运动性疲劳和运动性蛋白尿发生的重要原因之一。 展开更多

Recently, there has been an increased recognition of neoplasms of the pancreas other than ductal adenocarcinorna. Although not as well studied or characterized as pancreatic adenocarcinorna there are many distinct lesions which exhibit diverse biological behaviors and varying degrees of malignancy. These lesions include: endocrine neoplasms, cystic tumors, solid pseudopapillary tumors, acinar cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, primary lymphoma of the pancreas, and metastatic lesions to the pancreas. These less common neoplasms are being diagnosed more frequently as the number and sensitivity of diagnostic imaging studies increase. This review article discusses the clinical course, diagnosis, and treatment of these less common, but quite relevant, neoplasms of the pancreas. 展开更多

They could induce the change of the synaptic plasticity to regulate various adaptation reactions, and change the cognitive behaviors. So we presume that if some cognitive behavior are damaged, synapsins would be changed as well. This gives us a new recognition of better diagnosis and therapy of cognitive disorder desease. 展开更多

Objective In order to characterize the feature of stress response induced by stressor with both physical and psychological natures, the effect of water restriction performed in different experimental modes on the physiological parameters, psychological behavioral manifestations and brain c-Fos expressions were observed and compared. Methods 58 male Wistar rats were used and randomly divided into three experimental groups (n=18 for each) and a control group (n=4). In control group, the rats were allowed to access drinking water freely at all experimental period. In the experimental groups the water supply to the rats was restricted. In timed water supply (TW) group, the water was supplied twice a day, 10 min for each in fixed hours every day. In empty bottle-served (EB) and water-restricted (WR) groups, the water was served only once a day for 10 min, either in the early morning or evening, and in the other time point scheduled for water supply only an empty bottle without water was provided in the EB group and nothing was given in the WR group. The quantities of drank water and eaten food, weight-gaining, and behavior score were observed every day. The serum level of corticosterone was assayed and the rats were sacrificed with fixative perfusion of 3 d, 7 d or 14 d respectively, following water restriction (n=6 for each time point in each group). The brain c-Fos expressions were examined with immunohistochemistry. Results The slowing down of weight-gaining, rise of serum corticosterone level, occurrence of psychological behavioral manifestations of unpeaceful restlessness such as exploring and attacking, enhance of c-Fos expression in the subfomical organ (SFO), median preoptic nucleus (MnPO), area postrema (AP), hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN), supraoptic nucleus (SON), medial (MeA) and central (CeA) amygdaloid nucleus and ventrolateral septum (LSV) were noticed in both EB and WR groups, except the nucleus of solitary tract (NTS) in which the Fos expression was decreased. The changes of Fos expression in most of nuclei in EB group began at day 3, at least persisted till day 7, and backed down at day 14. While in WR group, similar changes started at day 7 and reached its peak at day 14. In TW group, only the concentration of corticosterone at day 7 was slightly increased and the rest indexes observed were unchanged. Conclusion The results indicate that water restriction induces physical as well as psychological stress responses. And the water restrictions experimentally executed in different modes result in different manifestations of behavioral response and brain immediately early gene expression in discrete brain nuclei/regions. 展开更多

HPC can present a diagnostic challenge because of its indeterminate clinical, radiological, and pathological features. HPC generally presents in adulthood and is equally frequent in both sexes. HPC can arise in any site in the body as a slowly growing and painless mass. The precise cell type origin of HPC is uncertain. One third of HPCs occur in the head and neck areas. Exceptional cases of hemangioblastoma arising outside the head and neck areas have been reported, but little is known about their clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical features. This study reports on a case of a large sacro-anterior HPC in a 65-year-old male. 展开更多

目的观察腹膜后多次复发性脂肪肉瘤的病理形态学特点、生物学行为和鉴别诊断。方法收集了10例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤病人的临床资料,组织切片除行HE染色外,还运用免疫组织化学LSAB法行S100、肌动蛋白、波形蛋白和肌红蛋白等染... 目的观察腹膜后多次复发性脂肪肉瘤的病理形态学特点、生物学行为和鉴别诊断。方法收集了10例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤病人的临床资料,组织切片除行HE染色外,还运用免疫组织化学LSAB法行S100、肌动蛋白、波形蛋白和肌红蛋白等染色。对10例32个原发和复发肿瘤标本进行了大体和显微镜下观察。结果本组中6/8例原发肿瘤和13/24例复发肿瘤为硬化性脂肪肉瘤,其组织学特征是分化较好的梭形细胞呈束状或车轮状排列,肿瘤内含分化性脂肪肿瘤成分。本组10例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤在20个月~10年间于腹膜后1~7次肿瘤复发,仅1例发生1次远处转移。本组中5例在肿瘤复发、转移过程中发生了组织学亚型的转化。结论本组中硬化性脂肪肉瘤是腹膜后脂肪肉瘤最常见的组织学亚型;腹膜后脂肪肉瘤经常局部复发,远处转移少见,反覆切除复发肿瘤可延长病人生存期。 展开更多

This study investigates Chinese elementary, middle, and high school students' L2 perceptual learning styles, imagination, ideal L2 self, and motivated L2 behavior. A perceptual learning style and L2 learning motivation questionnaire was administered to 1,667 students from elementary to high school. Statistical results revealed that Chinese elementary, middle, and high school students were more in favor of a visual learning style in comparison to their auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. This visually oriented style was significantly correlated with their ideal L2 self and motivated L2 behavior. The sequential regression analysis results indicated that the ideal L2 self and visual learning style were the most meaningful predictors for Chinese students' motivated L2 behavior. This study suggests that teachers need to help students create and maintain their ideal L2 self and facilitate their L2 learning motivation by providing more adequate visual teaching materials. 展开更多

Clinical medicine and experiments have shown that electrophysiological activities on neuronal disease systems such as the epilepsy and Parkinson can exhibit the evolutions of complex dynamical behaviors and their transitions, which are closely related to the generation mechanism of neuronal diseases. Traditionally, electrophysiological activities have been analyzed from the statistical methods. Although some ideal results have been obtained, mechanisms of complex electrophysiological activities in neuronal systems cannot yet be disclosed. Dynamics modelling can help researchers to explore the mechanisms of electro- physiological activities of neuronal disease systems. By constructing reasonable physiological dynamical model, inner relation between the dynamics model and representation behaviors of the neuronal disease systems can be further studied. In addition, based on the constructed network model, we can also explore mechanisms of the evolutions of dynamical behaviors and their transitions of the initiation, propagation and termination of different kinds of the seizures. Finally, we can design the feasible control method to regulate dynamics behaviors of the seizures so as to realize the healthy neuronal firings. 展开更多
