目的探讨盐酸托莫西汀联合动态社交行为技巧练习治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年10月—2018年10月就诊于天津市儿童医院门诊并完全符合纳入标准的多动症患儿为研究对象,通过SAS软件法将符合纳入标准的86例... 目的探讨盐酸托莫西汀联合动态社交行为技巧练习治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年10月—2018年10月就诊于天津市儿童医院门诊并完全符合纳入标准的多动症患儿为研究对象,通过SAS软件法将符合纳入标准的86例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。其中对照组采用盐酸托莫西汀治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予动态社交行为技巧练习。采用多动症症状检查量表第4版(SNAP-Ⅳ)观察患儿治疗前后临床疗效;采用Conners儿童行为量表评价两组患儿行为学情况;采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)评估两组患儿家庭功能,持续治疗3个月,并随访两组患儿治疗6个月后家属满意度和患儿疾病复发率。结果经过治疗后,对照组与观察组SNAP-Ⅳ评分均降低,尤以观察组降低显著(P<0.01);观察组患儿临床总有效率为95.35%,对照组总有效率86.05%,尤以观察组临床疗效较好(P<0.05);两组Conners儿童行为学量表评分均降低,且观察组降低程度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组FAD家庭功能量表评分均降低,且观察组降低程度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组总体满意度较好(95.35%vs.79.07%,P<0.05);疾病复发率显著降低(9.30%vs.23.26%,P<0.01)。结论多动症患儿给予动态社交行为技巧练习,能够改善多动症患儿临床症状,提高临床疗效,提高患儿行为学状态和家庭功能,帮助其更好地融入家庭及社会生活,为临床治疗多动症患儿提供可靠依据。 展开更多

Chinese-translated Behavioral Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-2: Evidence from university students in the Mainland and Hong Kong of China 被引量:5

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the psychometric properties of the Chinese-translated Behavioral Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-2 (C-BREQ-2) among Chinese university students from the Mainland and Hong Kong of China. Methods: University students from the Mainland (n = 191) and Hong Kong (n=194) of China participated in this study. Factorial validity, discriminant validity, nomological validity, internal reliability, and measurement invariance across sample of the C-BREQ-2 were examined. Results: Confirmatory factor analysis provided support for the factorial validity of the 18-item, 5-factor structure C-BREQ-2. Examination of the 95% confidence interval of the inter-factor correlations suggested that the C-BREQ-2 assesses related but distinct constructs, which provided support for its discriminant validity. The internal consistency reliability of the C-BREQ-2 was found acceptable. Examination of the pattern of inter-factor correlations between different regulations suggested that a simplex-like pattern was displayed, which provided evidence for the nomological validity of C-BREQ-2. The results from multi-group confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the factor loadings and variances/ covariances of the C-BREQ-2 measurement model were invariant across the Chinese university students in the Mainland and Hong Kong of China. Conclusion: The current study provided further psychometric evidence for the C-BREQ-2, which makes the further application and research of self-determination theory (SDT) based motivation in relation to exercise and physical activity in the Mainland of China context possible. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effect of behavior training on the learning and memory of young rats with fetal growth restriction (FGR). Methods: The model of FGR was established by passive smoking method to pregnant rats. The new-born rats were divided into FGR group and normal group, and then randomly subdivided into trained and untrained group respectively. Morris water maze behavior training was performed on postnatal months 2 and 4, then learning and memory abilities of young rats were measured by dark-avoidance testing and step-down testing. Results: In the dark-avoidance and step-down testing, the young rats’ performance of FGR group was worse than that of control group, and the trained group was better than the untrained group significantly. Conclusion: FGR young rats have descended learning and memory abilities. Behavior training could improve the young rats’ learning and memory abilities, especially for the FGR young rats. 展开更多
